Muy cómoda y confortable, la persona que nos recibió que fue la misma que nos despidió excelente.

Excelente el desayuno como tal y la ubicación inmejorable ya que el propósito principal del viaje fue compras en los outlets

Cons:

No encontré la máquina expedidora de hielo, al preguntar a la administración me contestaron en inglés; pregunte si había alguien que hablara español y me dejaron colgado. Al día siguiente al salir encontramos la expedidora en el salón de lavandería al salir.

No están preparados para recibir turismo extranjero. Es increíble que en pleno día de hoy no se pueda pagar ni un refresco o una botella de agua con tarjeta. Eso habla de un servicio totalmente atrasado y poco práctico, especialmente para un lugar que recibe visitantes de fuera.
Además, la atención fue poco empática y nada resolutiva. Da la impresión de que no entienden las necesidades básicas del cliente ni tienen interés en facilitar la experiencia. Les hace falta urgentemente capacitación en asertividad, servicio al cliente y atención al turismo.
En resumen, un lugar con muy poca visión de hospitalidad y con prácticas que parecen de otra época.
