NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. We were going to have to extend our stay because of an emergency and Nobody would answer the phone so we ended up having to drive from McAllen to Mercedes. Believe they are Way Under Staffed!!

Cons:

They gave me a room that smelled a lot of Clorox we went in to see it and the smell was horrible as soon as we stepped in my mom came with me she got sick and her eyes were burning from. The smell in there so went to the office they said the only one was up stairs but I couldn't do that cause my mom can't walk far the elevator is next to the room they gave me first the other room was up stirs on the other side of the building which I almost cancelled the but it was already too late do that so the manager found one that was still vacant and gave me that one just what I needed right in front of the room. Thank goodness well later I found out that the room only had Hot boiling water that is how it felt when I started taking a shower which I didn't finish cause it was too hot I called the front desk and they told me that the city was fixing the pipe and that they would be in the next day to fix it so the next day I went to get a plastic bag for the trash bin and I asked them about the cold water they said they didn't had any issues with the water by then I had already bought a bucket to leave water so it could get cold so we could shower with warm water.. they checked it and told me that the water was ok not cold water but warm water which at night it got worse to very hot water then not just that but I also found three roaches coming out of the tub I got to spray one the others ran back to the hole the tub has the next day I found some Roach poop on the showers wall disgusting..this is the third time I've stay there in that same room and the second time with the Hot boiling water problem the first time it was fix this time I had to buy a buck to take a shower.. unbelievable I've been staying in that place since 2015 till now I can't believe the place is not in good condition..

en esta ocasion me toco una habitacion muy inadecuada
Pros:

El desayuno solo falto, salsa picante
la Ubicacion del Hotel es excelente

Cons:

que la habitacion 205, los minisplists emiten demasiado calor y es muy incomodo,
tambien que la habitacion 205 no, tiene privacidad por que la cortina es transparante y en lo noche se puede ver el interior y no es conveniente para la imagen del Hotel

Buena estancia en Mercedes.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tiene lo esencial para pasar una excelente estancia. El staff de front desk es amable y servicial.

Cons:

El desayuno es básico, esencial, el comedor es limpio y realmente nunca estuvo saturado. Podría mejorar el desayuno.
