The hotel is a very good choice for business travelers.
Pros:

The hotel is quite luxurious and is well located in relation to the city center of Medan.

Cons:

Didn't like the noisy dinner at the hotel, probably because we were celebrating some local event.

Ok for staying 1 or 2 nights. I would not recommend anyone to stay longer than 2 days.

Beds are goo and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The Keys to the one of the Room was disabled every end of the day. I have reported to the reception , but no action was taken. When complained few times, the receptioned informed that they were changes the Keys hence this problem. Also the Live TV channel never worked. I informed the reception and the technical team on the 1st day. However no action were taken. The breakfast was not up to expectation. The breakfast were mainly local and no option for western food.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise, das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und auch die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar!

Het personeel bij de receptie, in het restaurant, bij de lobby, het zwembad en schoonmaakdienst zijn allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zij verdienen een groot compliment!
De kamer met terras aan het zwembad is zeer comfortabel, heerlijk bed, ruime prima douche, koelkast, waterkoker en een redelijke airconditioning (maakt iets teveel geluid), ook wifi is redelijk.
Bij een volgend bezoek aan Medan is dit hotel voor mij de enige optie.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel in Medan was erg teleurstellend. Het beddengoed werd niet verschoond, maar alleen opnieuw strak opgemaakt. Zelfs wanneer we het bordje ophingen om het beddengoed te laten vervangen (wat op zich al vreemd is dat je daar expliciet om moet vragen), werd het alsnog niet gedaan.

Elke ochtend werden we wakker gebeld met de vraag of we de kamer schoongemaakt wilden hebben. Na de schoonmaak bleek er vervolgens geen wc-papier te zijn aangevuld. Ook de handdoeken werden gewoon nat opnieuw opgerold en teruggehangen in plaats van vervangen.

Ik weet niet of het hotelmanagement hiervan op de hoogte is, maar nadat we dit hadden gemeld, werden het beddengoed en de handdoeken wel vervangen. Dit betekent echter dat je er elke dag zelf om moet vragen, anders lig je letterlijk weer in je eigen zweet te slapen.

Daarnaast werkte de airco nauwelijks; de temperatuur bleef constant rond de 22-24 graden en koelde de kamer niet goed. De wifi in de kamer is ook dramatisch en valt ongeveer elke 20 seconden weg.

Kortom: dit hotel is absoluut geen aanrader en zeker geen 5-sterren hotel.
