FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta

The room is very clean, the staff really helpful, my flight got delayed but they wait for me, love the b’fast variety, and it’s really good.

Shuttle drivers were prompt, but once they found us, rather than one of them running to tell the shuttle driver to come pick us up from where he was parked, they had us walk almost a mile to where he was parked??? Why not drive to your customer, not make them walk?

Gorgeous hotel. Really clean with a great gym and pool. Staff were so friendly. The nicest lay over I've ever had. Hotel pick up worked well although you have to wait for other guests to arrive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport, departs every half almost at almost all times of the day and night.

This is a great option near the airpot. I enjoyed the spa. It was a nice hotel and relaxing for a layover day during my travels.

Used this for a one night airport stopover and only wish we had more time there.

Hotel was lovely, big, modern and clean room.
Breakfast was a fantastic buffet with many options including freshly cooked items to order.

Close to the airport. Good for transit. The restaurant's food is not bad and price is reasonable. Other restaurants are at least 15 to 20 minutes walking distance.

It’s convenient for the airport and has a free shuttle. However, it’s not a 4*. It’s a huge hotel with many many long corridors and cell-like rooms (at least superior rooms). So small, there’s no room to open the luggage. Bathroom partitioned off by a glass wall so if anyone needs to use it in the middle of the
night - all room lits up. Shower doesn’t have a door so water sprays all over. Room service - whatever I wanted to order was sold out, and tortilla chips portion was meagre for the amount of $ they charged. Also, there’s a karaoke place there which was very loud and I could hear it in our room with was quite a distance away. It was ok for 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t return
