Publicidad Engañosa y Experiencia Decepcionante2

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Además de todas las deficiencias del lugar, me cobraron una noche adicional alegando una cancelación, cuando la realidad es que no pude ni siquiera pasar la primera noche debido a las pésimas condiciones de la habitación. Había un fuerte olor a humedad, el baño estaba muy defectuoso. No había botella de agua potable. Eso no es una cancelación por decisión propia, es simplemente no recibir el servicio por el que pagué. No había plancha, y
Estoy convencida de que la habitación que me asignaron no correspondía a la que reservé, ya que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. La diferencia entre lo promocionado y la realidad fue enorme.

En cuanto a la playa, tampoco cumple con las expectativas. No está en condiciones adecuadas para bañarse y resulta engañoso promocionar el lugar como "frente a la playa" o "en línea de playa", cuando incluso hay que cruzar una avenida para llegar a la arena.

La decepción es indescriptible, con decir que hice reserva en otro hotel a las 2:00AM, y llegué a las 12:00 AM. A la hora del checking ya sabía que no había sido buena opción. Aun 6 días después me mantengo picor en el cuerpo. Les sugiero fumigar.

El desayuno, básico, las frutas no estaban frescas, el comedor es una de las habitaciones improvisadas. Un montón de basura en la puerta.

Lamentablemente, siento que no recibí el valor por el dinero pagado y no recomendaría este lugar a quienes buscan unas vacaciones cómodas y acordes con lo anunciado.

Mi reservación fue del 7/12-15 y la personal de front desk muy mal educada durante mi llamada. Le pregunté cuando me salía di alquilaba la habitación por una noche adicional y me indicó que el precio eran 281.00 dollar es adicionales. Al llegar el día del check in la persona que me recibió con una actitud arrogante . Le pregunté el precio por si mi hermana quería compartir conmigo y me indicó que eran $20.00 adicional por cada día. Mi hermana me visitó y no dejaron que ella subiera a verme. Tuve que bajar al lobby para verla.

Soy huésped asidua del Hotel y por eso regreso.

Cons:

Debe haber un empleado pendiente cómo se estacionan los huéspedes en los lugares reservados, porque cogen más espacio. Reforzar la seguridad.

Really good location, horrible accommodations and not a really good receptionist team, Except John.
Pros:

Breakfast really good but the room was so small for the breakfast. Also the pool was beautiful although to shallow the deepest part was 4 feet and im 6ft so thats that and also i paid 20 for every single family member i brought to the facilities and that was so lame and for that reason i'll never coming back. Also for Christ sake can you make the bathroom bigger in room 313 !!
