Pros:

Able to get 1st floor with a pet.

Cons:

The outside grounds were very unkempt and the crew that came through while we were there did a horrible job of cutting the grass! They were loud and arguing with each other. They left grass and weeds laying on the sidewalk that we had to walk through. They did not cut the weeds growing up through the sitting area on the Westside of the hotel.

Nice Manager
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked out really well for us. The manager was nice and helped to accomadate us when issues arose.

Cons:

We had a room that wasn't cleaned or wasn't cleaned well. There was black hair and what looked like foot prints on the sheets. The toilet seat had fecal matter on it. The bathtubs are old and appear to be stained and one had bad rust spots.

It was a great location for where we needed to be the next day.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was nice, the water was freezing though. It was a decent price and was in a good location for the distance that we still had to travel the next day.

Cons:

The elevator makes noise when we were waiting for it on the 3rd floor. The wifi did not work in my room, but did work next to the elevator. The outlet next to the bed would work for a little bit and then stop, as if there was a short in it. At least that's what it reminded me of it.

Cons:

Very disappointed because the room that my family reserved was not give it to them, they put them in another room and in that room the AC was not working. So they moved them again to be on the first floor, right next to the pool and infront of the gym, which it was loud. The sofa didn't have blankets and there were not to be find.
