Great Location, Great Service, Some Rooms Need to be Deep Clean!
Pros:

Location, location! It is not exactly near the tourist area, but the location of this hotel is still great, close to the ring road of Yogya. The buffet food was good, variety of food was served there. The service was also great no problem. We had a problem with our toilet, and someone came over to our room right away and fixed it.

Cons:

I thought by changing their name and management, this hotel would at least update their rooms. I've stayed a few times here before they changed it to Loman and they still keep everything the same. We stayed in room 111, there were ants and roaches! The room was damp, the carpet needed to be replaced, there was mold all over the bathroom, towels looked old. The whole room including the bathroom needs to be deep clean and checked.

Pros:

The ceiling at the lobby with the wood carving is magnificent. The rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The hotel really needs some renovations. The maintenance hasn’t been done properly. And also, using shower curtains is so unhygienic. Hotels shouldn’t use them

Établissement très complet ! Nous avions une chambre très belle, avec beaucoup de services. Nous sommes arrivés à midi alors que le Check in prévu était à 14h00, mais la chambre était déjà prête alors nous avons pu y avoir accès tout de suite. Le buffet était excellent. L’équipe était très accueillante, nous avons utilisé le service de buanderie et de repas aux chambres offerts: tout était parfait!
