Luxury in a shopping paradise
Pros:

A grand Hotel with enormous rooms. The shower is hot and the bed is soft. For a few days we enjoyed the feeling of luxury and comfort. Great location if you like shopping and food

In die Jahre gekommenen Hotel, muss mal ganz toll gewesen sein. Grundrenovierung erforderlich. Die Reinigungskräfte sind genauso schlecht wie in Deutschland

Das Hotel war gut organisiert und hat einen schicken Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Das bad war eher dreckig zb viele Haare und sehr viel Kalk. Die Einrichtung insgesamt war ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen.

chambre sale et expérience décevante

Il est situé proche d’un centre commercial Ave beaucoup de commodities et proche de la gare.

Cons:

Cet établissement n’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles.
J’avais vu que les photos qu’il était un peu défraîchi. Mais je ne m’attendais pas à recevoir une chambre sale : elle ne semblait pas à avoir été lavée avant notre arrivée. De nombreux cheveux coincés dans la moquette, des poils dans la salle de bain et des draps sales !
Nous avons demander à changer les draps et passé l’aspirateur ce qui a été fait. Mais cela devrait être fait avant notre arrivée, pas sur demande !
La piscine ne correspond pas à la photo.
Et les massages du spa n’étaient pas de très bonne qualité.
L’équipe a cependant été réactive et serviable. Nous leur avons fait part de nos remarques et ils nous ont proposé un petit déjeuner offert et une laverie.
