Pros:

Location good and garden and pool well kept. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt good. Empty bowls fruit and sugar not refilled. Had to ask for toast and not given options. Other guests also unbappy. Room wasnt cleaned or restocked while we were there. Milk container in room half from previous guest.safe couldnt lock and some lightbulbs not woking and tap loose. Needed to call out for service at bar. No staff available.

la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant de bonne qualité dans cette ville un peu perdue...

Cons:

la chambre dans l'annexe en face de l'hotel, au confort minimaliste... la lumière au plafond était blafarde et clignotait.. un peu sombre tout cela

Un bon séjour avec un personnel très attentionné. La literie devrait être changée.

L’emplacement et le personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité.

But we were not advised when booking that the restaurant would be closed for two nights

Cons:

We passed on our opinions and ideas to the lady from Service Guru for implimentation which was happily accepted and was a work in progress when we left. We were impressed how the staff bought into new improvements.

Classy and great value for money!
Pros:

Extremely spacious rooms with great attention to detail. Friendly staff

Cons:

Firstly the parking that was not entirely secure. Secondly the breakfast was delicious but the procedure can be streamlined better. I thought the laminated menu was a little tacky for such a classy establishment

The best hotel staff ever.
Pros:

All the staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The reception staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff went above and beyond to attend to my requests and needs.

Cons:

The stairs are creaky, narrow and unstable, which may be a hazard and OHS concern.
