Easy access to eatery.

Cons:

On arrival told not open for dinner the tues, wed and thursday. No issue as other resturants open a few meters away. 2 opposite and Piccolo Italian pizzeria on Bath str. The Country Hotel has the Charleston.

Absolutely excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely super. I had dinner too, almost at closing time, but the staff still accommodated me very graciously. I love the space and the general ambience of the place, and will stay there every time I have to go to Montagu.

Cons:

The air conditioner in my room was not working, the same room where I stayed before, about two months ago - it was also defective then. It was very cold, and the staff graciously supplied me with a little fan heater.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Montagu.
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment we booked was very big and comfortable. Showers were nice and hot with good water pressure. The onsite restaurant was really very good and I highly recommend both the lamb shank & the braised beef short rib! The breakfast spread was also very comprehensive.

Cons:

Even though there was a fully functional kitchen, no cutlery or crockery was provided should you wish to heat up some food etc.
