Pros:

It's near the train station. But quite far from the bus station (if you get there by bus). And also quite far from Marienplatz. But I am OK with this, since it's only 2 nights stay.

Cons:

I have a little worried when arrived at night. But everything is OK.

Nice hotel, sketchy area
Pros:

The hotel and room were clean. For the most part, the air conditioning worked very well, except it did seem to cut off at one point and the staff told us that it was connected to the window and we had to open and close a window. That seemed very strange to me, but it worked and our room was nice and cool again.

Cons:

The location. It was convenient to arrive by train and to also get around, but the surrounding area of the train station is very sketchy. I was very uneasy walking through this area with my family. I know that all train stations in Europe have a neighborhood that is typically not the best, but the Munich area has really gone down hill in the last 10 years.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück in Bahnhofsnähe

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, die bahnhofsnahe Lage.

Cons:

Die Terasse/Balkon war mit Zigarettenkippen verschmutzt daher nur die geringe Bewertung für die Sauberkeit. Den Duschvorhang fand ich unhygienisch.

Cons:

Очень маленький номер на 3 гостей, невозможно развернуться с чемоданами
отсутствие питьевой воды в номере ( можно попросить на ресепшен)
Достаточно тонкие стены

Расположение интересное: с одной стороны очень удобно- рядом несколько остановок трамвая и метро, можно пешком дойти до центра; с другой -вокзал, что сразу делает район немного отпугивающим. Рядом много бездомных, есть стриптиз бары, достаточно грязная улица.
