Pros:

Quiet, clean and comfortable room, close to the central station. We slept with open window (towards the yard) but no disturbing noise. Great breakfast. New bathroom. Refrigerator and coffee/tea in the room. Lots of cheap restaurants in the street.

Cons:

Nothing worth complaining about!

Die tolle Auswahl & Vielfalt beim Frühstücken!!!

Cons:

Das die Kühlschränke in den Zimmern nicht gingen.
Es wurde aber angeboten die privaten Dinge in ihrem Kühlschrank zu kühlen.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das AWA-Hotel ist nicht perfekt, aber für den Preis und für die teure Stadt München hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Standard.
Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Super dass wir einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee hatten. Auf meinen Wunsch hin haben wir ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof bekommen.
Toll war, dass man beim Frühstück versch. Eierspeisen bestellen konnte.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbüffet gab es sehr viel Gedränge und man hat sehr eng nebeneinander gesessen. Es wäre schön wenn es den Obstsalat jeden Tag geben würde.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Eindruck von München.

Einrichtung schlicht aber geschmackvoll, Beleuchtung gut, Frühstück gut

Cons:

WLan im 2. Stock sehr schlecht, Lage war schon nahe am Bahnhof, Publikum auf der Straße sehr international.

I am returning guest, I am satisfied with this hotel and I like the service.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very practical location, especially for those traveling by train, because it is a few minutes from the Main Station. Comfortable hotel with hospitable staff.

Cons:

Now the salmon and the goodies in the glass containers were missing from breakfast.

Tutto perfetto.
Pros:

Albergo molto molto pulito, servizio impeccabile e soprattutto personale gentilissimo.
La colazione molto abbondante.

Cons:

La zona vicino la stazione centrale, non è molto ben frequentata dopo cena.

Sehr Zentral mit allen Mittelb gut zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal. Gute Innenausstattung, sehr saubere Hygiene

Cons:

Für uns persönlich schade hatte es keinen Balkon. Und der Spiegel im Badezimmer war leider erwas kabutt dennoch zu gebrauchen.
