Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker mit ausreichend Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Straße ist nachts sehr laut, allerdings sind die Fenster gut schallisoliert. Wir haben uns eigentlich sicher gefühlt, aber an der Straße sind viele Bars und Strip Clubs und abends echt viele Gruppen von Männern unterwegs, für eine alleinreisende Frau würde ich es wahrscheinlich eher nicht empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels: Man braucht praktisch keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, da alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele Drogerien, Supermärkte, Apotheken und zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten. Bequeme Betten, modernes Bad.

Cons:

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider gab es auch diesmal wieder Probleme beim Frühstück: Obwohl ich Frühstück gebucht hatte, stand ich erneut nicht auf der Liste. An der Rezeption musste dies erst nachkontrolliert werden, bevor ich frühstücken konnte. Hier wären andere bzw. klarere Organisationsprozesse sinnvoll, damit solche Situationen gar nicht erst entstehen. Das Frühstück selbst war dieses Mal zudem deutlich einseitiger als bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt.

Auch bei der Reinigung gab es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Obwohl ich die rote Karte bis etwa 11 Uhr draußen hatte, wurde später nicht noch einmal nachgeschaut, sodass das Zimmer an diesem Tag nicht gereinigt wurde. Außerdem musste ich die Reinigungskräfte teilweise selbst abpassen. Die Reinigung selbst war ebenfalls nicht ganz optimal, und Kaffee sowie Sahne im Zimmer wurden nicht nachgefüllt (erst auf Anfrage).

In meinem Zimmer funktionierten der Wasserkocher und die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher zunächst nicht. Diese wurden jedoch schnell ersetzt, was positiv war.

Cons:

Falta de higiene do funcionário que fazia a limpeza do quarto. Ele não usava desodorante e o cheio embaixo das axilas era muito forte. Faltava banho e desodorante para ele. E não foi apenas um dia único dia que senti esse cheiro forte, foram 2 dias consecutivos. O cheiro ficava no quarto depois que ele saía e ficava nos corredores do hotel. Ele deveria ser orientado a tomar banho antes de ir ao trabalho. Desculpe, mas isso precisa melhorar. Obrigada.

Solides Hotel für Stadttrip
Pros:

Check-In 24h und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Für eine kurze Übernachtung ist alles da, was man benötigt.

Cons:

Also die Lage ist zwar zentral (HBF fussläufig in wenigen Minuten), aber die Gegend besticht nicht durch Sauberkeit.
