Pros:

The place is perfectly situated near Dotonburi. Convenience store is just right outside the hotel. Room is still spacious enough for 3 persons. The hotel has commercial grade weighing scale in the lobby which actually an added perk that I like.

Très très bon emplacement ! Rue parallèle à Dotonbori ! On sortait de l'hôtel, on marchait 1 minute et on était sur les quais !

Cons:

Un petit peu bruyant mais c'est l'emplacement qui fait ça !

We had a triple room but room is so small that you cannot even put your luggage inside. There are 3 people with luggage so impossible to have such a small room.

Very close to Dontonburi, comfy bed.
Pros:

We booked this hotel months ago due to the location (close to Dontonburi) There are some really awful reviews on here I do not agree with, these reviews really made me concerned with staying here.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is on a very busy street with nightclubs & ladies of the night. However we walked down this street multiple times, no one bothered us or interacted with us.

I think if you’re coming to Osaka with children just stay in Umeda and come to dontonburi on the metro for the day and leave before it gets dark.

Despite staying on a street with loads of nightclubs, we stayed on the 3rd floor we were not disturbed by any noise.

The hotel bed was really comfy, very clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Large room! Loads of space for cases.

The decor is a bit outdated and there are some signs of wear and tear but overall the room was really good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor for a western palette and quite expensive for what was available. We only booked breakfast once.

No respetaron mi reserva, dijeron que tenia que presentar mi tarjeta de credito aun cuando ya habia pagado. me hicieron perder dinero y tiempo, tuve que irme a otro hotel.
no ayudaron y fueron poco atentos.
les explique que no tenia la tarjeta fisica porque ya habia pagado en linea y me habian descontado el dinero, no me ayudaron y perdi el dinero de una noche, PESIMO SERVICIO
