I went to Florianopolis to visit family, my mom is sick.. so I needed a place close to my parents. Found this gem❤️! I am from Brasil, born and raised, but this boutique is beyond anything I’ve experienced. It’s like going back in time… everything was impeccable. The food, the staff, Geraldo, Ana, Rodrigo, Gabriel.. maybe every moment special. Felt like home away from home. Met the proprietors, and the love and care they have put into this boutique , shows! Can not recommend this place enough.. will be going back soon and will definitely save my spot here!

This is absolutely the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The architecture is inspired by Montecarlo Casino. The staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly.
From reception to the room attendant and the breakfast and tea service, there is nothing that could have been done better. Breakfast can be served in the room or in the garden. I tried both and the service and the food were 5 star level.
The old world vibe is like stepping back in time from the decor to the gardens and brick walkways
Walking to nearby restaurants is easy and the selection is excellent.
If you are looking for a very relaxing and top quality stay in Florianopolis, look no further.

La atención de todo el personal, desde recepcion (Gabriel es un gran anfitrion), el personal de limpieza, aseo, el personal del restaurant, hasta el chef, todos de maravilla un excelente lugar y servicio, para descansar y disfrutar.

A recepção desde os primeiros contatos via WhatsApp resolve e agiliza muito. O quarto mesmo num estilo mais rústico mas se faz bem agradável, o Wc dia quarto que achei pequeno.
Dos ambientes interno e externos do hotel, e o cafe da manha e o jantar são muito bons
O hotel é lindo e bem localizado . Os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos .
Os quartos superiores são muito bons bonitos e ensolarados , mas os térreo deixam a desejar , escuros e cheiro de umidade . Fiz um upgrade de quarto .
