Pros:

They need to work on the staff and food items, I requested a North Indian thali over a buffet dinner and they served the same dish from the counter. Use was not expected and the staff was in a rush and confused even though there were not many guests in the Dining area.

That's it !
Pros:

Breakfast is good, spacious room
Staff very helpfull

Cons:

The area is very noise, the carpets i nthe corridor are very old and dirty.
They use a very strong essence to undercover the bad smell that for me was terrible

Sarovar Portico in other cities offers better stay experience & this property needs improvement!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good and the receptionist Rohit Sharma was cordial and polite.

Cons:

The toilets need improvement! The flush in room 211 wasn't working well. The TV wasn't recharged for even some normal channels. The breakfast had certain items which were not fresh like the Idlis,etc.
