Loved every second of it
Pros:

Hands down the best hotel I’ve been to. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the room was stellar, and so was the food. Not to mention the view out the window. Leh is a fantastic place and I’ll surely be back.

A stay for your Rejuvenation
Pros:

Our stay was simply slow spaced and beautiful, we took a walk around the garden area and stay indoor watching Netflix. The room service was quick, there was lovely evening tea arranged for all guests you could just grab a cup and sip it under the apple tree in the garden. Rooms are as per the images. Check-in was super convenient so was the Check-out, Breakfast spread had quite alot of options from Indian- Continental cuisine. There is even a souvenir shop in the lobby, which was reasonable and authentic.

Cons:

Everything was taken care of extremely well from your food, location, room service, laundry to your room heating facilities. There was nothing in specific that we didn't like.

Beautiful property with amazing staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel and staff, great attention to detail and service, maintained beautifully.
Their staff is wonderfully helpful

Cons:

The spa is a bit expensive though the masseuses are very good

Front office staff are taking advantage of using ladakhi language to give your hire price for the room. The name of women who did this was Jigmet. Terrible

Great hospitality , care and amenities
Pros:

Care and Service is exceptional They provided all the medication, soups, and other stuff to get us acclimatised. High tea was highlight.
Hussain took good care of us for food.
Souvenir shop was another highlight.
Rvu Oka restaurant has exceptional food

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leh!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at The Grand Dragon Leh. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and the food was excellent. The warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
