A szoba takarítása lehetett volna alaposabb.

Personalen kändes ny - trevliga, men till viss del handfallna. Själva poolen är fin, men området runt omkring vid solstolarna var trångt. Frukosten kan bli bättre. Ett tips är att äta tidigt för en lugnare miljö.

Das Föhnkabel war zu kurz und es war im Bad leider nur eine Steckdose zur Verfügung.
Ein Fliegengitter zusätzlich an den Balkontüren wäre noch ein praktischer Zusatz.

Є й певні недоліки. У номері не було капців та халатів. Протягом тижня постіль не змінювали (можливо, потрібно було окремо попросити про це). Серед мінусів також — на басейні персонал не прибирає рушники, які залишають відпочиваючі, займаючи місця зранку та йдучи по своїх справах. Було б добре взяти цей момент під контроль. Вартість паркування складає 9 € на добу. Окремий недолік — на вечерю всі напої оплачуються додатково, навіть вода. У номері пляшкової води не було взагалі, лише зранку на сніданку та біля ресепшену.

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel seit Jahren. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Management mehr Wert auf Quantität als auf Qualität legt. Das ist schade für das nette Personal.
Für uns war es das letzte Mal.

I feel catfished.

The rooms are tiny and there’s not even a chair. You can barely fit on the bed — my legs were hanging over the edge when I lay down (I’m 171 cm, and my husband is 186 cm, so it was even worse for him). There’s no closet or space to store clothes. The room feels tired and there are stains all over the walls that could easily be wiped off, but no one has bothered.

The spa area was just sad. The jacuzzi was out of order, the cold plunge pool as well, and the steam sauna didn’t work. The Finnish sauna didn’t even have a door handle. The whole spa area had a strange, unpleasant smell. Some men were walking around completely naked as if it were normal. The staff in the spa area were no help at all — I had to figure out on my own where to get towels and where the saunas were. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how this hotel has a rating above 8.

The spa area looked really worn out and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy access separately — it doesn’t match the photos, where everything looked much nicer years ago.

Dinner: No drinks included, not even water!

Breakfast: Very bland. The juices were pure sugar with 0% real juice, the pancakes were hard as a rock, and the coffee cups were dirty — you had to carefully choose your cup and plate. Honestly, it feels like they serve food here because they have to, not because they enjoy cooking.

Parking: I had to pay an extra €9 per day, which was disappointing. The parking situation was awful — they only have space for about 10 cars, and there’s barely any room to maneuver.

I was also bothered that they were organizing some kind of event in the corridor near my room. I had to walk through it to get to breakfast while the event was going on and it felt really awkward to pass through the crowd and get stared at as a hotel guest.

I would have attached many more photos, but unfortunately only four are allowed.

Overall, I’m very disappointed. It really feels like this hotel is on its way downhill.

However, parking is poorly organized — we had to wait a long time for our car, and checkout took nearly 45 minutes because of this. Pool area management could also be improved, as guests reserve sunbeds and parasols all day without using them, while the rest of the guests cant use them. Another surprising downside was that the hotel charges for a baby cot — something we've never encountered before. While we enjoyed our stay, these details need attention to truly match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Room service and its menu is under the average.
