Great little place
Pros:

Small beautifully restored country house hotel. Used as a wedding venue, but they don’t let that get on the way as they prefer for it. Stay and staff were fantastic. Evening food options are limited but plenty of variety available with 5-10 min drive.

Pros:

Very relaxing place to stay and very dog friendly too. We only stayed one night but everything - food/wine, accommodation, lounge area and walks for the dogs were great. We'll use Glewstone Court regularly in the future.

Beautiful period interiors with lots of original features. High ceilings, decorative plasterwork, paintings, mirrors, floor tiles, fireplaces etc..Attentive but not intrusive staff committed to making our stay enjoyable. Quiet location in attractive grounds, but easy to reach by car.
High standard of meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

Pros:

Amazing tranquil location within easy access to Symonds Yat and Ross on Wye. Car essential.
Food and dining experience also amazing.
Reception and all staff friendly, efficient helpful and friendly.
The small Landon double room is indeed bijou - the others are much larger and well worth the extra cost.
Breakfast hearty and cooked to order.
Recommended.

The staff were oustanding. The chef was excellent. The setting was idyllic. We could not fault the cleanliness and adherence to Covid security. A single night was far too short a stay. We'll b3 back as soon as they hav3 a vacancy,

Beautiful period property, only 8 rooms so nice and quiet although the restaurant is open to non residents. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean, The beds were large and comfy comfy. We had a beautiful view from the Reynolds room across the front orchards and hills. Breakfasts were excellent with a great choice of cooked and continental. Dinner in the Cedar tree restaurant was also very good and very pleasant to have a lounge area to retire to. Would have liked a fridge in room and a stand alone shower rather than shower over bath

Pros:

Stayed one night whilst passing through the area and had a wonderful evening with great food, genuinely pleasant and friendly staff in very comfortable surroundings. A privately owned and run hotel without the usual dead hand of a corporate stamp. A nice and relaxing atmosphere of true quality. You won't be disappointed.
