Highly helpful staff allowed me an early check in. was only there overnight but ticked all the boxes. Recommended
Dining options were good transport was excellent felt very safe .Pool staff were so friendly and helpful enjoyed every minute of my stay would definitely recomend this hotel .
Customer service was terrible. They checked me in later than checking time and had me waiting for hours. I requested a roll out bed since I booked and I had to call no joke like 10 times from my room begging them to bring it. There so many better places in Yas island to stay at.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. We were attending a concert in the Ethiad stadium and we were easily able to walk to and from the venue so would recommend this hotel if attending this venue. We were also overlooking the Yas stadium so again good location for a number of venues
Restaurant was dirty, plates left on tables and not cleared promptly
I usually dont write reviews for hotels when they just so their job. I write when they go far and beyond. This was one of the hotels. The management staff had been kind and offered us an upgrade when they found out it was our special day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in an executive room at the Radisson Blu. A complimentary early check in from Mary was truly appreciated after our journey from England. The executive lounge served afternoon tea, delicious evening nibbles and a very generous drinks trolley. Shreeja ensured that the provisions were well topped up and that we had everything we needed. I left a jacket in the Belgian Cafe bar one night and as soon as we got to our room there was a call from the bar saying they had kept it to one side for me, excellent and attentive service.
Our room was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The balcony was my favourite part, with glorious views over the golf course and water.
Planes do fly over head during the day, but this didn’t disrupt our stay at all.
We visited Seaworld, Ferrari World and Waterworld using Uber or local taxi. All very reasonably priced fares, about 18 AED each way. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to any visitors to Yas Island, we can’t wait to return.
Good room, good bar, great pool service all located close to lots of entertainment.

Hotel was good and well positioned for visiting attractions with the free bus nearby. Buffet breakfast was good and room was comfortable and clean.
