Pros:

Exzellentes Hotel. Voll ausgestattete Apartments und nettes Personal. Empfehlenswert für Reisen mit Kindern. Ruhige Lage doch trotzdem sehr zentral.

Fijn verblijf dat met iets meer comfort geeft door de kitchenette.
Pros:

Prima uitvalsbasis. Meeste is met een 30-45 minuten met OV te bereiken.
Keuken is klein maar voldoende voor simpele gerechten.

Cons:

Airco/klimaatbeheersing was niet optimaal. Gelukkig kon het raam open om zo wat verkoeling te krijgen. ventilator is aangeboden.
Geen zitje om even te eten of zo.

Excellent location, lots of personal and communal space, tasty breakfast. I especially recommend apartment for families.
Pros:

Excellent location, common area and breakfast. Spacious room which is quiet. I love the format and it stays my favorite apart hotel.

Cons:

Shower, ventilation, dryer were dirty. I understand that property is not new, which is ok. But it definitely could be cleaner.

The impression was spoiled by an employee (Anele I believe was her name). She was rude to both me and my mom during breakfast (she was responsible for it), saying that she does not have to run, help and we should wait. Waiting is fine, however, I was not rude to her, asking when coffee will be ready and asking for a bigger plate is normal. She should respect the clients and the fact that someone might hurry.

And a little sensitivity point: there was a receptionist who spoke Russian. When she saw my Ukrainian passport she immediately insisted that I am supposed to speak Russian, which wasn’t true. The war continues. Please don’t assume that all Ukrainians speak or want to speak Russian. Otherwise, she was helpful and client oriented.

Gute Lage, aber trotz Küche nicht wirklich ein Apartment

Gute Lage Nähe Kurfürstendamm. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist nicht wie erwartet und auf den Fotos gezeigt zu nutzen: Das Bett ist eigentlich als Klappbett gedacht, aber das geht nicht mehr. Daher kann man den Tisch auch nicht gut verwenden, weil der Platz fehlt.
Wenn man einen Küchentresen hat, wäre dort ein Hocker praktisch, denn so kann man dort nur stehen.
Fenster lassen sich nur kippen.

Sopi hyvin perheen kanssa matkustamiseen. Olohuoneessa oli erilliset sängyt, mikä ilahdutti teini-ikäisiä lapsia. Hyvin säilytystilaa tavaroille. Rauhallinen ympäristö. Sopivan kävelymatkan päässä julkisista. Korttelin päässä kaksi ruokakauppaa (Lidl ja Edeka).

Cons:

Olohuone ahdas kahden sängyn, ruokapöydän ja tuolien ollessa esillä mutta kivasti pöydän sai piiloon kirjoituspöydän alle kun ei ollut käytössä.
