Pros:

Although the hotel is in an old building, and might look strange at first sight, the rooms are quite modern with modern amenities. The location is good, close to the port and the historic center. The breakfast was minimal but good enough to start the day. The staff are quite friendly. The bathroom is large with a nice shower.

Cons:

There is little to no sound-proofing, you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms - door slamings, phone notifications, chatter etc.

Cons:

That we were woken up by a phone call asking if we were going for breakfast an hour and a half before breakfast service finished!
Missed having a kettle in the room.

Good renovated rooms
Pros:

The room is renovated and very spacious for three people. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The entrance of the hotel and the breakfast area need some changes in order to look similar to the hotel rooms. The first look was not what we expected and we weren’t sure how the rooms were going to be.

Pros:

Location is super for visiting, close to subway and walking distance to most worth places. Staff very very nice and welcoming from the reception to the lady helping with breakfast!

Cons:

Door was not closing very well allowing light and noise to get in. We were in the second floor and the metallic door was making loud noise each time a guest was going in and out.
