Please note that the spa and the indoor pool are available at additional cost, and only to people over the age of 14.

If you plan on arriving outside check-in times, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key collection.

Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi access and 2 bathrobes.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Pros:

Le site verdoyant, au calme et le confort et propreté du logement.

Cons:

Un peu trop excentré du centre, surtout en soirée pour aller dîner.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le Spa est bien pour des familles avec enfants mais pas pour un couple qui veut se détendre. Pas de petit déjeuner c'est dommage.

Un bon endroit pour un break relaxant
Pros:

la vue sur la mer, les chats de la résidence, les arbres en fleurs. le fait de venir hors période de vacances garantit la tranquillité au spa à l'heure du déjeuner et un prix intéressant. La piscine du spa est très chaude et agréable. le personnel est agréable et souriant.

Cons:

la poussière qui n'a jamais été nettoyée sur le dessus des armoires ou sur les fils des lampes. l'absence d'entretien à l'extérieur, dalles cassées sur les chemins ou à l'entrée des appartements, peinture à refaire, le bruit des voisins, la largeur étroite de la pièce principale. On se sent à l'étroit dans le salon.
les baies vitrées du spa devraient être nettoyées.

Great location very close to Houlgate and Cabourg. Beautiful view from the house into the valley of Houlgate

Cons:

It smells very strongly like dog in the house. Pets are allowed so if you have any allergies or just don't like dog smell where you eat and sleep, it is a significant downside... It's a pity because we signaled this smell to the front desk and someone came quickly to wipe the floors for 5 min not getting rid of the unpleasant odor at all.

Calme mid-week en Normandie
Pros:

L’emplacement un peu excentré au calme , la quiétude des lieux, la vue sur la mer , la piscine chauffée, le spa interne, la possibilité de commander le petit déjeuner , le kit entretien avec le nécessaire pour un week-end

Cons:

Le côté vétuste des carreaux dans la salle de bain et le côté usé des joints (un peu noir : calcaire, moisi ?)

Pros:

La localisation et la piscine étaient parfaites
La vue très agréable

Cons:

Il manque un sérieux coup de rénovation et l’appartement aurait pu être plus propre.
L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas et il a fallu que nous nous douchions dans un autre appartement. Certes la réception a été réactivé mais ce n’est quand même pas idéal…
Enfin, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, cela aussi c’est dommage.
