Please note that the spa and the indoor pool are available at additional cost, and only to people over the age of 14.

If you plan on arriving outside check-in times, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key collection.

Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi access and 2 bathrobes.

Pros:

La localisation et la piscine étaient parfaites
La vue très agréable

Cons:

Il manque un sérieux coup de rénovation et l’appartement aurait pu être plus propre.
L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas et il a fallu que nous nous douchions dans un autre appartement. Certes la réception a été réactivé mais ce n’est quand même pas idéal…
Enfin, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, cela aussi c’est dommage.

Problème de fonctionnement serrure porte d’entrée. J’ai fait une réclamation mais personne n’est passé, dommage mais j’ai trouvé un moyen de fermer la porte de l’extérieur en jouant avec le pêne

Pros:

Нам всё понравилось, кроме заселения. Наш путь в этот отель был долгим, мы очень устали. Мы заранее предупредили, когда приедем. Когда мы приехали, нам сказали ожидать сообщение на телефон о готовности номера, но это сообщение так и не пришло. Нас заселили по нашей настойчивой просьбе часом позже заявленного времени поселения отеля.
Всё остальное было прекрасно! Рекомендуем!

Devrait etre renove, rafraichi, pas clean dans le detail.
Le spa n est pas a la hauteur d un vrai spa (sauna en panne cela peut arriver). Espace piscine trop bruyant, pas possible de se relaxer. Une bonne chose que les enfants soient admis car nous etions avec notre fille de 9 ans mais que les enfants client, joue et saute, il faudrait tout de même installer le calme dans cet environment. Je comptais m y relaxer tous les jours et je n y suis allee qu 1fois.

La piscine chauffée était très sympa avec une vue sur le paysage d'Houlgate.
L'accès au sauna et hammam était très agréable.

Cons:

Pas de restauration sur place ou d'un bar ce qui est bien dommage.

Agréablement bien situé et accueil au top 👍
Pros:

Les personnes de la réception étaient vraiment a l' écoute, avec des explications simples . La réception est très agréable,petit endroit cocooning où l' on côtoie les chats du site ....parfait!! Ne changez rien! Ni le personnel, ni les chats!!

Cons:

Les voisins vraiment bruyants( mais cela n' incombe pas au site bien évidemment).
Par contre lors du ménage de fin de séjour j' ai pu constaté que nous avons dormi sur des oreillers très sales( grosses aureoles brunes) ainsi que sur l' assise du canapé - lit ( caché sous un plaid)
La salle de bain très petite ,heureusement que nous n' étions que 2 adultes 1 enfant et non 4 adultes car le manque de rangement se fait sentir ( pas d' armoire ou autre pour les vêtements).
Coin cuisine ...1 personne cuisine ..les autres regardent!! On ne passe pas a 2 😅.
