Byliśmy 2 raz, podobało się nam ponownie bardzo, hotel, basen oraz kuchnia.

Cons:

Brak zakazu palenia przy basenie a jeszcze dużo osób szczególnie rodziców małych dzieci pali papierosy, to bardzo przeszkadza pozostałym nie palącym korzystającym z basenu i wypoczywającym na krzakach.

The location is very good.

Cons:

Too-old towels. I asked to change them, and they did, but on the third day of my stay, which was the last one. Also, the restaurant has a very strong food scent, especially outside of meal hours. But people looked satisfied :)

Kilka poważnych wpadek zepsuło pozytywne wrażenie
Cons:

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, blisko plaży, pokoje są czyste, a jedzenie jest różnorodne. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu miało miejsce kilka sytuacji, które znacząco wpłynęły na ocenę.

Najpoważniejszym problemem był incydent podczas kolacji. Podczas normalnego korzystania z nalewaka do wina urządzenie uległo awarii – element służący do nalewania odpadł, a wino zaczęło wylewać się z zaworu, zalewając moje ubrania oraz niemal nowe buty sportowe. Zdarzenie widzieli pracownicy baru.

Najbardziej rozczarowujące było jednak późniejsze podejście do sprawy. Zamiast natychmiastowej pomocy i przejęcia odpowiedzialności za incydent, musiałem wielokrotnie tłumaczyć całą sytuację kolejnym osobom – barmanom, recepcji, managerowi hotelu oraz osobie odpowiedzialnej za pranie. W efekcie straciłem kilka godzin urlopu na wyjaśnianie sprawy, która od początku była oczywista i została potwierdzona przez personel hotelu.

Dodatkowo po odebraniu wypranych ubrań otrzymałem rachunek za usługę pralni, mimo że pranie było konieczne wyłącznie z powodu awarii hotelowego sprzętu. Musiałem ponownie udać się do recepcji i tłumaczyć całą sytuację, dopiero wtedy opłata została anulowana.

Kolejnym niepokojącym zdarzeniem był powrót do pokoju i zastanie szeroko otwartych drzwi wejściowych, mimo pozostawionej zawieszki „Do Not Disturb”. Na szczęście nic nie zginęło, a wartościowe rzeczy były przechowywane w sejfie, jednak taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca.

Rozczarowaniem były również drinki w formule all inclusive. Większość z nich sprawiała wrażenie bardzo słabych, zawierały minimalne ilości alkoholu i były przygotowywane bez większej staranności.

Pobyt ogólnie był udany dzięki lokalizacji hotelu i pięknej okolicy, jednak opisane sytuacje sprawiły, że poziom obsługi okazał się znacznie poniżej oczekiwań. Od hotelu tej klasy oczekiwałbym większej odpowiedzialności za błędy personelu i sprawniejszego rozwiązywania problemów gości.

Dodatkowym rozczarowaniem było zakwaterowanie.
