All in all it was good, a bit far from everything but hotel is nice, staff polite and the sea was super clear and beutif

Nice hotel, super polite staff.
Food was okay

Cons:

Missing a bit more snack time, 1 hour in the afternoon is not long.
It is allowed to smoke everywhere on the hotel outside, we have been on a lot of other hotels where especially the pool area is non smoking, I am a smoker but would have appreciated no smoking around the pool area, or at least around the kids pool area

Pros:

Pobyt wspominamy bardzo pozytywnie. Hotel oferuje świetną infrastrukturę basenową: baseny są zadbane, bardzo czyste i zapewniają komfortowy wypoczynek. Ogromnym atutem jest również basen położony tuż przy plaży, z którego rozciągają się piękne widoki. Lokalizacja hotelu jest naprawdę wyjątkowa.

Na duże uznanie zasługuje także gastronomia. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, różnorodne i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy wyróżnić pana przygotowującego omlety podczas śniadań były po prostu rewelacyjne i codziennie czekaliśmy na nie z niecierpliwością. :)

Cały obiekt był bardzo czysty i dobrze utrzymany, co dodatkowo wpływało na komfort pobytu.

Cons:

Pobyt generalnie oceniamy pozytywnie, jednak jest kilka kwestii, które warto poprawić.

Nasz pokój znajdował się obok pomieszczenia technicznego, prawdopodobnie pralni lub miejsca z pralkami. Niestety urządzenia pracowały również w nocy, generując dość duży hałas, co utrudniało odpoczynek. Byliśmy w hotelu krótko, więc nie zgłaszaliśmy tego podczas pobytu, ale warto rozważyć lepsze wyciszenie lub przeniesienie takiego pomieszczenia.

Przed majówką hotel funkcjonował świetnie – obsługa była bardzo sprawna, posiłki były na czas, a kolejek praktycznie nie było. Po rozpoczęciu długiego weekendu i osiągnięciu pełnego obłożenia sytuacja niestety wyglądała inaczej. Goście ustawiali się w kolejkach jeszcze przed otwarciem restauracji, a przy końcu godzin wydawania posiłków wybór dań był już bardzo ograniczony. Być może warto rozmieścić bufet w kilku miejscach, aby rozładować kolejki i usprawnić ruch gości.

Mimo tych uwag pobyt wspominamy dobrze i mamy nadzieję, że nasze spostrzeżenia będą pomocne w dalszym podnoszeniu jakości usług.

Čista preporuka ovog smještaja.Svi su jako ljubazni.Sarah,Ivana i Aldina na recepciji su preljubazne i za svaku pohvalu.Nikola i ostale djevojke koje su u tom periodu bile isto velika pohvala😃Hrana vrhunska kao i čistoća.

Für ein paar Tage ist das Hotel insgesamt vollkommen okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es persönlich jedoch
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts immer sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen fanden wir ebenfalls positiv. Geschmacklich war das Essen in Ordnung, leider waren die Gerichte jedoch häufig nur lauwarm oder bereits kalt.

Cons:

Die Anlage selbst ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte gründlicher sein. Außerdem gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was wir etwas schade fanden. Zusätzlich sollte man beachten, dass für das Parken täglich 10€ extra berechnet werden.
