Put me and my son love this place
Pros:

Love the ambience and the surroundings. The loft was beautiful.

Cons:

Air-conditioning my room is a little loud in the evenings, but it did work and it was very cold. I still think I need to run some maintenance on the air conditioner. Room 307.

Decent, but need to offer more “normal” amenities
Pros:

The staff was nice & the location was good

Cons:

Rooms need their own microwave, didn’t like having to grab pre-bagged ice from the lounge, rooms need a decent sitting chair & they should offer a free (included in room price) breakfast of some kind. I also witnessed 2 arguments between guests & staff in my small amount of time I spent in the lobby, & I believe they were both concerning the lack of decent breakfast.

Overall room was clean and got cleaned after I left with lout asking that was nice

Disappointing
Cons:

Left waiting in the bitter cold for ages after phoning for transfer from airport. The driver had apparently stopped to fill up with fuel on the way to pick us up.

The blinds were broken and so one was stuck fully closed and the other half open with bright lights outside making it hard to sleep. The hotel were aware as get had stuck notices on the desks. Shouldn’t have been using this room for guests until it was fixed.

Overall our stay was nice. The staff was very pleasant and the location was close to food and shopping. Would stay here

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was dog poop around the facility. Also, the toilet in our room was a little rigged.

The employees of the Aloft Jacksonville Airport deserve a raise!
Pros:

We had the opportunity to stay at the Aloft Jacksonville Airport on Feb. 16, the night prior to our cruise. The hotel was lovely and the staff members were exceptional. Three employees, in particular, were especially helpful. I spoke with Pablo 3 separate times prior to our stay to clarify the reservations (we had 3 rooms) because 2 of our guests had to cancel on short notice. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He also helped with arrangements to park our 2 vehicles. Padre checked us in and gave us needed information about the surrounding area. He was very personable and patient with my myriad of questions and requests. Finally, Douglas, a member of the housekeeping department really went above and beyond. Hr saw me when I exited the elevator with a loaded luggage cart. He stopped what he was doing and insisted that he would take my luggage and escort me to my room. All three gentlemen were excellent representatives for the establishment. I heartily recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this property.
Pros:

The airport transport is Free. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby alone has a warm family feeling that allows a gathering of people, even strangers waiting for an event. We stayed two nights pre-cruise. We were able to park our car free while away for two weeks on a cruise and return to pick up our car and headed home.

Cons:

Not a thing. We will definitely stay here again.
