Do not stay here. Very loud room AC units with substandard airport shuttle service.
Pros:

Do not stay here, especially if you want to sleep. I only stay here because my company will not dump this hotel and I have no choice. Not much has changed since I stayed here in February 2026. The wall mounted AC unit sounds like a jet turbine spooling up every time it cycles. The hotel has purposely locked out the thermostat controls so you can’t even set the unit to continuous fan to mitigate the jet spool up noise. Locking the thermostat controls is totally unacceptable and has been the case during every stay I have been here, at least 5-6 times! Shower still has imbedded mildew in the grout. The “free” shuttle is unsafe with broken seats and only runs every 20 minutes. If you just miss the scheduled shuttle run on arrival at the airport you will be waiting at least 20 to 25 minutes on the curb for the next shuttle. During our shuttle ride to the airport the van was overcrowded and two people had to stand during the entire ride with their luggage on the floor. The only two positives to this hotel is it is surrounded by numerous food and shopping options all walking distance and they have complimentary coffee early in the morning.

Pros:

Have to give a shout out to victor the breakfast attendant! He was super awesome and friendly, I highly recommend ordering a breakfast sandwich if he’s working.

I loved it. I needed a good frost after moving everything out of my home.

The staff nice and friendly, no pet fee and location is great

Cons:

No microwave in the room, housekeepers and other guests making a lot noise in the morning, we couldn't sleep well because our room was in front of the elevators. Not dirty but not to clean either. I love the concept of no pet fee, but of course you are responsible if your dog do something. I just will never stay again in Aloft hotels.
