The best time there was the first. The second , OK. But this last time was not so worth the money .

Friendly staff. Easy Check in. Nice hot water. Clean room.

Okay for the price
Pros:

Hotel room was nice and clean. The only bad part was my room location. I was on the first floor by the exit door and heard constant slamming of doors all night. Extremely annoying 😖

Jason (front desk agent) promptly responded to my concern about the noisy laundry room and utilities near room 530, which helped me feel valued as a guest. His quick action to relocate me to room 512 the following day demonstrated attentive service that I appreciate. However, you should consider adding a microwave oven to the rooms in the future.

Above and Beyond Service – Shoutout to Padre!
Pros:

Stayed at Aloft Jacksonville Airport and had a small issue early one morning. Called the front desk, and Padre was incredibly responsive—he personally came up to assist within minutes, even though it was outside regular maintenance hours. He handled everything with complete professionalism, in full suit attire, and with such a positive, courteous attitude. His willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay remained comfortable was truly impressive and made a big difference. This kind of dedication and guest-first mindset stands out. Highly recommend this property, especially because of team members like Padre who truly care about the guest experience!

Cons:

Chinese lady had an attitude. Didnt take me how to get to the elevators or to our room. Water never got hot. The dresser that holds the coffee maker has water damage. We stay at Aloft many times but wont stay ever again.

The staff always makes our stay pleasant, but Aloft can't cut corners on the overall cleanliness.
Pros:

Nick was great. Everyone is always professional and attentive to our needs and/or concerns everytime we stay. Great value for the location and amenities. We always stay there when visiting Jax.

Cons:

Our safe was broken in the room, and we've also noticed a decline over the years in the cleanliness of the carpets, elevators and the overall facility.
