Will not stay there again. Will be rethinking future stays with BW. Dont know where the BW Plus came

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Reserved ground floor Jan 26. Called 3/13/26 to re confirm. Not told ground floor not available. Took another room 0n 4th floor at 6pm. Walked into room dirty pillow cases in chair, no hand towels,no wash cloths, no kleenx, hand touches dirty, beer tab on end table, low water pressure.

Hot breakfast was good. Nice variety

Cons:

Beds were VERY VERY LUMPY!! Thin walls and upstairs people sound like they were about to fall through the floor. They are in the middle of renovations so I understand the cludder, BUT when I was told I can get a suite because booking said they were available and I arrived and they are not because of renovations, that was not good. The hotel should communicate with booking about the renovations.

Fantastic. Friendly.
Pros:

Clean. Good shower. Nice spacey room. Excellent but simple breakfast(Real eggs!). Quiet.

Cons:

Nothing really. The stray cat outside wouldn’t come to me.😂🤣

Room was pretty clean. Some stuff could use a better cleaning. Found a roach in bathroom on the last day we stayed.
