c'est un peu juste et au au niveau du savon meme remarque.
La climatisation etait un vrai plus. Parking.

Devoir payer 15 euros par personnes pour réserver et pouvoir profiter de la piscine, je ne trouve pas ca normal pour un 4 étoiles.
Accueil par Virginie très agréable. Au petits soins et à l’écoute. La chambre était parfaite. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour familiale.
Nous n’avons pas apprécié d’apprendre que l’accès au spa était sur réservation et encore moins lors du check out que son accès était payant ! Ce n’est pas le cas dans d’autre établissements best western!!

Quand j ai réservé n ai pris une suite plus chère afin de bénéficier de la piscine hors une fois arrivée pas possible d aller dans la piscine car en traitement pendant 2 jours .
Quand au restaurant une fois sur place on nous annonce qu il y a un groupe de 100 personnes donc pas de possibilités pour nous .
Très déçu pour une fois on se faisait plaisir avec un supplément
