Best Western Premier Bryan College Station

The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The service is excellent. We left my wife’s CPAP machine in the room when we checked out. As soon as Lena saw it, she took it down to Terri. Terri immediately callled me and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes of travel time. Thank you so much Terri and Lena!!

Slow check in. 5 people standing around doing nothing. Room was ok. Bathroom was moldy pinkish orange old mold all around the shower and on the outside also. It made the room smell bad. The towels are really small also.

We stayed here to go to Santa's Wonderland. The hotel and staff are very nice. The room and othere areas were very clean. Parking was good. The breakfast was good. The only complaint was the matress in our room had a very noticable dip through a large section of it which made it very uncomfortable. We would stay again- Hopefully they will change the matresses out soon

Honestly, with a Best Western, I had minimal expectations. First time staying at a BW Premier. Upscale? Sure, I will give them this. Check in was super easy and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Downstairs lobby and bar, while we didn’t stay there, looked spacious, clean and inviting. Heard there was a gym and pool, but no time. Wouldn’t have stayed for breakfast anyhow because we prefer to pick out the local brekkie hotspots and try them out. All in all, the Premier name lived up to its brand and we will now consider Best Western Premiers in our hotel list while traveling. We had dinner downtown at Elia Cafe Tapas Bar with live music Saturday night then Sunday breakfast at Sweet Eugene’s in College Station, both of which we also give 5 stars. Highly recommend the hotel! Even the shower was robust with great water pressure. Fans in the bathroom!! Love it. Forgot to take pics.

A scheduled surgery brought us here due to its proximity to Baylor Scott and White Hospital. Our room was very nice and very clean, also quiet. The front desk personnel, Kelly and Jacob were exemplary and helped us arrange rooms for additional family members. I so very much appreciated this during a stressful situation.

We enjoyed our stay excellent staff great food and service. A few of the people who took care of us was Kelly front desk, Robert , Maria and Edenia in breakfast, Eli bartender.

Stayed here for an Aggie football game. Wonderful place! Modern, super clean, great breakfast area and fitness center. Excellent staff, as well. If you stay in a game weekend, use your Best Western points because it can be quite pricey!

Overall a great stay for a typical Best Western. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Like all Best Western’s the walls are paper thin so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. There was a great selection of alcohol at the bar but very limited glassware the two nights we were there. Let’s be real. No one wants to drink an old fashion out of a plastic cup at a bar! However, Trinn, our amazing bartender figured out a plan and made it all work. Her attitude and professionalism was outstanding!

First things first, I wanted to shout out Trinn, our bartender on Sunday night. She was a true rockstar. We had a large group after a wedding that was in from out of town. She kept up with all of the varied requests and managed to retrieve what she needed from storage and wash all the glassware so she wasn't running out. Jenifer who worked the bar the night before was also very pleasant and did her best with two days of training and a smaller group.

Now, on to the areas of weakness we experienced. There was a pair of ladies underwear left in the room which was very surprising and disturbing. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and unfortunately the vanity mirror did not work. I ended up sitting on the floor by the window with the mirror on the AC unit so I could used the sun to put on my make up for the wedding. There was no drinkware in the bathroom nor was there a bathmat. Of course we made do but for a "premier" hotel where you were charging our host 3 times on Saturday what you charged him for Sunday it was shocking.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was very kind. Trinn the bartender was exceptional for the gathering Sunday evening.

We stayed here and the rooms were very clean. All staff was very friendly. Would like to give a shoutout to Trinn the bartender. She went above & beyond keeping our party of 40ppl happy with amazing cocktails.

We were in Bryan for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the highlight of our stay was Trinn the bartender. She served our large group with grace, humor and a big smile.

We had a great experience at the bar post with friends and family post a wedding we all attended. Trinn was an amazing bartender for the 30-40 people in our group and did it by herself.

We had great service at the bar with Trinn. She worked hard to serve our large group and was always smiling while she did it.

Everything was great. We tried to use the hot tub but it was cold but other then that it was clean and comfortable!

Great stay for an Aggie game! Clean room, comfortable bed. A little drive from all the restaurants and campus but that is what we were looking for so it was great. Will definitely stay again!
