Not a good hotel for light sleepers
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy beds, decent rooms (except for the heavy air freshener). But somewhere nearby is an animal shelter and the dogs bark ALL NIGHT LONG. It looks like it was too far away to be a problem, but we were kept awake by the constant barking even with the AC on and a sound machine. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s a great hotel, but I’m here to sleep!

Pros:

Restaurant food was very good

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't hot - pillows were not that great - air-conditioning didnt work that great - room was humid at night

Cheap and greedy management
Pros:

I had a surprise parking charge on my credit card statement. When I checked in the clerk told me parking is free! Who pays for parking in the middle of no where is San Bernardino anyways! No notice of parking charge when I made reservations either but 2 days after I left I see a charge on my statement. The hotel is saying there are signs everywhere about parking fee as if I’m going to spend my vacation reading signs when the hotel clerk tells me it’s free! Cheap hotel. The AC was so old and made so much noise we had to turn it off t be able to sleep at night.

Nice with exception of alarm situation
Pros:

Location and lots of restaurants

Cons:

Smoke alarm went off around 5:30 am and after calling the front desk, security came up and gave me cards to a new room next door. Although I was able to move my things next door, I thought they could have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience of having to move to another room at that time of morning.
