Perfect!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was great!!! The room very clean. The staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly. The room deposit was only $15 unlike most hotels $50-$100. Whenever I’m in Memphis this is the hotel I’ll be staying in!!!! Oh the location is perfect! You’re surrounded by gas stations, restaurants and shopping centers!

It was clean, staff was friendly, and we’d ABSOLUTELY stay there again!

The location was perfect. It was clean and the staff was friendly. A great stay!

Cons:

The ONLY thing we didn’t like was that there wasn’t a waffle maker at breakfast haha. But that’s okay. Breakfast was still great!

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The parking is very limited. Our room had ants(several, not just one or two.) it was not clean. There were no trash bags in our trash cans. It looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed in several days/several guests staying there.
