Pros:

A cut above normal rooms with all the homey touches. Nice thick towels, glass glasses, metal utensils in a dedicated breakfast room. The breakfast was superb with hot and cold choices of meat, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc

Cons:

The pet cleaning fee was our only complaint as our small dog sleeps and lives in his own kennel. He doesn't touch bedding or anything else in the room, so the room cleaning wouldn't be any more than a normal clean.

My first visit to Tennessee
Pros:

I like the bathroom that has the shower chair built-in. I did like the fact that the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good and everyone enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean

Cons:

I didn't like that it wasn't a microwave inside the room. I also did not like the fact that they only do somewhat of a partial housekeeping. I don't like the fact that housekeeping comes after so many days, instead of everyday to freshen the room up. Also the couch bed, well sofa bed could be updated.

Staff extremely rude, lobby/elevators smelled like someone died, room was filthy dirty underwear left, AC broke all night & they did nothing to fix it.
