Hotel viejo pero en un buen estado, lo más negativo la atención del personal, hicimos reserva para 3 y llegamos y no había ropa de cama para el sofá, cuando solicité me la dieron a la mitad, lo peor fue el desayuno, no nos avisaron que era hasta las 9:00 bajamos 9:30 y la Sra de recepción de muy mala forma nos dijo que era tarde que no había posibilidad de tomar nada, nos acercamos a una cafetera y de mala manera tiró otro termo de café, ni siquiera la atención de acercarnos algo para llevar siendo que pagamos la tarifa con el desayuno, muy mala atención

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bar area was out of most everything to eat on their limited menu. No hamburgers, salad, sandwiches. We were limited to personal pan pizza and chicken wings. Because we were too tired from the long trip, we settled for those items. A man next to us asked for a beer on the menu and they were out of those (he settled for Coors) and out of the wine I wanted, Pinot Grigio, I went for Pinot Noir…it was fine with the wings because they were spicy.

Great hotel for families!!
Pros:

Nehemiah at the check in desk was very friendly! We had two rooms and they were both very clean. The area is really nice. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was great too!

When I drove up to the hotel, I thought wow this is a lot nicer than the amount of money I paid. It was very, very nice.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Everything about the stay. Less then 2 mins to check in and relax after a ling drive. Great room, great service, great breakfast. Best hotel we've stayed at in a while. Overall excellent experience.
