Over all it was a good stay. The hostess at breakfast (who we had also last Nov.) was excellent.

Cons:

The down side was one elevator wasnt working. It verly made it down and then would not open the rest of the time there. It was reported to the desk and a maintenance person. No out of order sign was ever put up. Worried if it did open someone might get stuck.

The friendliness and professionalism throughout the hotel.
Pros:

I like the fact that an excellent breakfast was served. There were many choices to choose from. Plus, the staff was courteous and very helpful, and always with a wonderful smile.
This was the very first time I have ever stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like, everything was just great!
Nothing negative.

Do Not Pay For Parking
Pros:

The hotel itself is ok but we had a problem with the bar. We ordered premium beer (not the complimentary offering) and wine which they thought was ok served in a plastic container rather than a glass. Apparently they’d used up all the glasses but nobody was making any effort to wash them for reuse.

We pre booked and paid for the car park which was completely unnecessary as the hotel is surrounded by free parking areas just a short walk away, see photos. Very cheeky charge.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again .
Pros:

I liked they had complimentary drinks and that they had food that we can order and eat there. It was all very convidient.

Cons:

The time for breakfast I think it should be around 6:30 for those who or on a work trip and have to head out early . I didn’t bother to eat breakfast which was a bummer because I heard breakfast was good.
