Pros:

The best part of the whole stay was being treated by a sweet puppy upon arrival!! Definitely made the whole experience amazing. Will stay here again to see that pup again!

Good but overpriced
Pros:

Location, clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

I feel it was overpriced for what it is. I have paid less for better. The sound from others rooms. My daughter and I traveled to visit a college and when trying to rest we could hear every time the room next to us turned on the water or flushed the toilet. I thought it strange but anyway. Overall it wasn't awful

I liked the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. The staff was polite and willing to help in anyway that they can.

Cons:

The one and only complaint that I have about the property is when my husband and I went down for breakfast early in the morning and the air conditioning was on, and it was really cold in there.

Wouldn't Stay Again!
Pros:

Location as great. Most of staff were friendly.

Cons:

Pool was ice cold because the heater was broke which we were not informed of till after we complained to front desk. No free wifi or tv. Room was musty. Carpets were stained. No clean sheet on the sofa bed.

Inconvenienced the time I stepped foot on the property.

The beds, sheets and pillows were soft.

Cons:

Tried to charge me more once I arrived, heat didn’t work, shower head was caked up, coffee machine didn’t work, no continental breakfast ( they were charging $10.50)

Disappointed.......
Pros:

It was okay. There was no room service for eating in the room on Sunday at all. Very disappointed as this was our 52nd wedding anniversary. We will never come back for this facility. Out the front door, all you could see, and smell were garbage bins from other backdoor business facilities. Not very romantic or view worthy.
