The only hotel chain I will be staying at from now on
Pros:

Bed was so very comfortable! The were clean and smelled clean. The French toast for breakfast was amazing!!

Cons:

Parking. Not at the fault of the Hilton, some people just took up 2 parking places for a small suv.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Told an employee going down the elevator about a problem with the remote controlled shades and they were on it quickly. Whirlpool was nice.

Cons:

Someone set the night time shades to only go down 1/3 of the way. When we came in late we didn’t know how to reset the shades (no instructions that we could see). Slept the night with significant light coming in. Told an employee in the morning and maintenance came up quickly and reset the shades. Horse was already out of the barn!
The cost of a stay was already high compared to some other options and breakfast costing extra seemed over the top.
Had trouble getting the coffee maker in the room to work. Maintenance helped with that as well.

Disappointed with cost vs quality of stay due to construction.
Pros:

Location was convenient and pet friendly.

Cons:

Hotel is under construction. No hot breakfast and the grab and go bag was filled with things that we are allergic to. And there was a screaming sound both nights, not sure if it was human or mechanical.

Best hotel in town
Pros:

This hotel was very clean and staff was very kind! Chef Tim’s breakfast is the best in town! Will be staying here anytime we come back to Sioux Falls.

It was excellent from check-in to check-out. At the restaurant Melody took care of us like we were queens. Very accommod

Why I stay in a hotel in Sioux Falls, it will always be the Hilton Garden Inn South for sure!
Pros:

The entire staff was amazing and I love how clean, comfortable, and quite this place is. It was awesome!

One the best Hilton Gardens
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this Hilton Garden multiple times for both personal and business, and hands down one of the best in clean rooms, thee best breakfast, and some of the nicest people! Kudos to the breakfast team, waitresses and the chef!
