A little taste of heaven
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from and you can go back as many times as you’d like. Very accommodating, the staff is professional and always to the tee. They wouldn’t even let me clean after myself after a dropped my cake. My room was beautiful and spacious for my birthday trip. The housekeeper were always on time, kind, and mindful and left the room feeling brand new. I definitely recommend Protea and I’m definitely betting my moneys worth and coming back.

Our time at Fire and Ice
Pros:

The staff was amazing! So thoughtful considerate and willing to assist. Location is central and space is big

Cons:

Microwave was super tiny there are no bowls provided nor proper knives. A small toaster would also be great. Its sold as a kitchenette and these additional items would help alot

I liked the location and enjoyed your breakfast
The guy who was serving during breakfast was friendly and helpful .

Cons:

I requested a beautiful view when I checked in and the guy who assisted us promised that but the view that he chose us was not beautiful.When I check out I requested a trolley for my luggage and they promised to send some 1 but he never come we ended up carrying those bags to parking area .

Pros:

The hospitality from the guest relations manager . What a lady. She understands customer service. The way she treated is what will make me comeback.

The hotel is nice and cosy. Clean

Cons:

Room is too small . No space between bed and wardrobe. Wardrobe didn’t have enough space for even the suitcase.
