Let them keep the standard of their service as it is.
Pros:

Staff are so friendly, when requesting anything you are given. Rooms are so clean and spacious. Shops are near the hotel.

Cons:

There is nothing. I am happy with their service.

Comfortable but marred by a rude member of staff.
Pros:

The location is great - within walking distance to all conveniences.
Pool area is lovely to relax.

Cons:

One of the staff was really unprofessional and unfriendly and unfortunately, I did not get her name.

I requested late check out, knowing that it’s possible, with additional payment. Her curt and rude response was that they couldn’t accommodate late check out because they were busy, but when I mentioned that I know it’s possible because my sister had just done it for their room, and that I know there’s a charge for it, she suddenly changed her tune and it was available! I patiently explained to her that her initial response was incorrect and rude. She was unapologetic about her attitude or poor customer service.
Later on, my husband encountered the same staff member, even though he was unaware of my interaction with her (he wasn’t with me when I requested late check out), and he too had an unpleasant interaction with her and after he described her and later pointed her out to me, I was not surprised that it was the same rude lady.

Very clean, great location and fantastic staff attitude!
Pros:

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Durban hands down!
I came for my birthday weekend and told the receptionists that I came to celebrate my birthday. Immediately after checking-in I was surprised with a delicious slice of cake with fruits. I was really chuffed ! Great and always available staff. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the bar is fully stocked.
