It was a very good, staffs are all friendly & well trainrd, place is clean & rooms are super clean.
Pros:

Kindly place labels on the dishes so pple know what they are eating!

Cons:

The snacks were cold all the days and learn to be flexible if a customer is requesting for extended hours to check out bse of late flight same day yet the room is empty why offer a charge? Customer loyality is lucking.
Too Much creams and sugars yet they are relating with international african guests.

Lovely, comfortable stay with great facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to great and ask if I needed anything. And this is all the staff, from reception all the way to service

Cons:

The wifi didnt work well, unless I connected to the wrong netwerk - I wasnt sure which one to use and it also warned me that it is not a secure network. Perhaps the wifi can be better explained
