I will think twice before booking in too this hotel the one in JHB is the best for now

Ppl was friendly and was safe at all times friendly stuff and helpful at all times

Cons:

Room was not clean from check in there was dirty under the beds and hair all over the room there was one blanket one bed and it’s winter time now you should keep a spear one in cupboard for guests if they need we don’t need to call room service to ask for one your room service food is not nice food get off the next day and makes room smell n gives u running tummy I tried room service twice and had running tummy twice on different days pls change menu or new chef pls

Birthday Weekend Getaway
Pros:

The location is 10 out of 10!! The room was nice, just wish it had 2 bathrooms as I have 2 daughters LOL. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

First day our room was not cleaned had to call reception.

Amazing stay
Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay with my family at this hotel. Everything was exactly as the reviews I had read. The staff was sooooo attentive and nice, from cleaner, reception to restaurant staff. They were so nice and always asking what they can do to make our stay more memorable. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spotless. The breakfast and restaurant food was great. The location was very convenient and we walked to a lot of places. I will definitely go back.

Cons:

The pool was not warm and that was one of the selling points for me as I was travelling with the kids and the weather wasnt very warm. So a warm pool would have made everything 10/10.
