Pros:

The location is great. Situated next to a mall so very convenient if you want to eat out or buy something. Facilities are excellent- clean, well maintained and stylish.

Spectacular!
Pros:

Everything was amazing, we booked the bi-loft and it was so comfortable. The location is great, there’s a mall opposite the hotel, getting ubers was a breeze. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was top notch. We left on Father’s Day so we were treated with a live performance during breakfast. 10 stars!

Lawaaierig zakenhotel
Pros:

Mooi ingericht in beach thema.

Cons:

Is hotel voor zakenmensen. Ligt langs een drukke baan, veel lawaai. Airco op kamer koelde constant, was ijskoud. Konden het niet oplossen, hadden ook geen andere kamer beschikbaar. We kregen dan 1 extra dekentje. Uiteindelijk was er dan wel een andere kamer vrij maar was al bijna nacht dus was geen optie meer om te verhuizen met 2 kinderen.
Eetzaal had meer weg van een refter, lawaaierig. Eten ondermaats.
Gelukkig waren we er maar 1 nacht.

Convenient, good stay for a quick visit to Durban area.
Pros:

Good location. Easy to find. Good breakfast. was convenient to airport and to town. Was easy for a one night stay. Very friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms a bit small and compact. Shower hot water "took ages" to warm up. a bit impersonal rooms. Could not get EPL football on TV

tratamento dos funcionarios, foi optimo
