POOR EXPERIENCE

I’ve stayed at this motel for about a week in total, booking rooms on multiple days at rates over $100 per night. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing and, at times, concerning.

One of the biggest issues is the lack of basic amenities. Some rooms include a microwave and refrigerator, while others do not—it’s completely inconsistent and not communicated upfront. For the price point, these should be standard.

More seriously, I woke up with clusters of bug bites after sleeping in one of the beds, which raises concerns about cleanliness and overall room conditions.

The staff experience has also been frustrating. While one or two employees were understanding, the majority were rude, abrasive, and lacked basic customer service skills. During my most recent stay, I requested a second room key for a room I had already paid for. While I understand ID verification is standard protocol, the way it was handled was unnecessarily hostile. The front desk staff member spoke down to me and repeatedly emphasized his “10+ years of experience” instead of addressing the situation professionally.

Additionally, my interaction with the head of housekeeping was unacceptable—she was dismissive, walked away mid-conversation, and waved her hand as if to brush me off.

On top of that, multiple rooms had maintenance issues: showers not working properly, toilets that wouldn’t flush correctly, and sinks that backed up.

Overall, I do not believe this property is worth the money or the experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you truly have no other option.
