Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South

The two-bedroom/bathroom suite was a perfect fit with our family of 7. The room was excellent. I plan on staying at Homewood Suites on our future travels

Nice hotel, very well mantained.

The breakfast was good, however, I don’t eat pork. I was told that they also had chicken sausage, but it wasn’t available on that day. My suggestion would be to have two different types of meat available, because everyone doesn’t eat pork.

I did have a problem, the property had me pay at the property also so I got double charged for the room and having a hard time trying to get a refund from you or the property since I double paid

From check-in to check-out, everything about my stay at Homewood Suites Airport South was seamless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with a kitchen—perfect for a longer stay or anyone who prefers to cook their own meals.

Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The free shuttle service to and from PHX was a major bonus and super efficient. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning—plenty of options and everything was fresh.

Whether you're in town for business, a layover, or just passing through, I’d highly recommend this spot. It felt like a home away from home, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Phoenix.

Perfect for a short or extended stay. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy airport access, without the excess noise so I got a great night of sleep. Really convenient overall, and would stay again solo or with a larger group! Also, the pool was fantastic!

Had serene and relaxed stay at Homewood Suites-Phoenix airport South location. This remodeled hotel was decorative, spotless and roomy. Suite was generous in size and bed was comfortable. Suite kitchen was modern and useful.

Complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered several options. Liked the chicken soft taco. The large dining room overlooked courtyard and pool.

Exterior not only had pool, but, cabana and barbecue grills!

The only improvements:
* Receive more hospitable communication from front desk and food service staff. Although informative, personalities were unfriendly/unwelcoming. Main food service staffer appeared irritatated, resentful and sneered when asked about breakfast time. Communicated issue to front desk staff, who discounted my complaint.

No one at front desk ever said "hello" as I returned to hotel. Was ignored as I entered lobby at their presence.

* Enforce no smoking policy. On last night, was awaken by strong Cannabis smell seeping into my room at early morning hours. Called front desk staff who stated she would manage it.

Overall, would stay again for price and positive attributes, but would not be at top of list.

We came to Phoenix-Tempe for our daughter's Arizona State University Graduation. There were numerous events including the main ceremony, so we wanted an extended stay hotel experience. This hotel was close to everything, suite had a full kitchen with dishwasher, it had an airport shuttle and an amazing breakfast! The pool and spa were large and very comfortable.

This was our 3rd time staying here. As a place to stay pre or post traveling to Phoenix, it is perfect for our family. Fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff, nice pool/hot tub. Also, an interesting place to run nearby (cemetery) with frequent spotting of coyote. A short walk or drive to Top of the Rock which is an amazing restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

The night desk agent has terrible customer service skills. Sherida( if classic spelling) does not know her process or how to accommodate Hiltons Honors members. I’m a Diamond member with status. There is no reason to mistreat my elderly disabled mother because I’m not present as she was already checked in digitally and o ly needed a physical key due to her age preference for confidence with her room entry. I have filed a complaint with Hilton Honors Corporate and have yet to hear from the operations manager or general manager. Do not send the elderly here.

Already planning our next trip to phoenix and plan on staying here
