The start wasn’t great as hotel missed airport pick up due to so called system glitch. The good part was that they owned up to their mistake and did make up by providing great service. The food and drinks were also good.

Good and friendly staff from the blue sari lady and fancy mustache guy outside to the mangers like Pranay and team of guys and ladies at the front desk to the breakfast staff like Saminksha and Kajol. All staff were respectful and made the trip memorable.
Everyone was really courteous and very helpful, always ready to assist, carrying our shopping bags opening doors etc.. My kids were also not charged for the many dinners we had there i really appreciated that.
The fact that the rooms are not really sound proofed and you can hear people on the other side of the room. Please also look into cleaning under the beds too.
I had a good time doing the painting. My kids enjoyed it to the fullest. Thank you for the experience.

A special thanks to Mr. Suraj Bisht, the Manager, who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything went smoothly. He was kind enough to upgrade our room, which made the celebration even more special. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. His politeness, humility, and genuine care for guests are truly commendable.
Since I was new to Mumbai, Mr. Suraj also took the time to guide me with nearby places to visit and shared valuable local information, which I really appreciated. His hospitality went far beyond what I expected.
The entire hotel staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious food and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi for making my birthday celebration so special. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Mumbai. Wishing the entire team continued success and all the very best!

Newly refurbished rooms, very good restaurant, large and well equipped gym (really impressive), pool, good buffet breakfasts with a selection of Indian, Western and Asian meals, well trained and attentive staff - everything what you would expect from a good hotel. Located 50 meters from Inorbit mall with countless shops and several restaurants. I would happily come again.
Had a wonderful experience at Four Points hotel Vashi. The hotel is very well maintained, but the highlight is definitely the best service provided by the team. They have a very polite and good staff who are always smiling and ready to help. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay! Mahesh chef also monica , Jennie and mamaod good service for us
