Pleasant hotel with attentive staff
Pros:

This is a very pleasant hotel, conveniently located right next to Inorbit Mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are attentive, friendly, and make the stay especially enjoyable.
The hotel offers great amenities including a swimming pool, spa, gym, and restaurant. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and nicely refurbished, providing a comfortable stay.
The only drawback is that due to ongoing reconstruction, the large, well-equipped gym on the third floor is currently closed and only a smaller gym is available on the 12th floor.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Outstanding Night Service by Mohit & Peka
Pros:

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mohit from the Night Front Office and Peka from Night Room Service for their outstanding service during my stay.

Mohit was exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive. Despite it being late hours, he handled every request with efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude that made a real difference. His calm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflect a high standard of hospitality.

Peka from Night Room Service was equally impressive. The service was prompt, well-organized, and delivered with genuine friendliness. Everything arrived exactly as requested, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear that Peka takes pride in ensuring guests are comfortable, even during the night shift.

Both Mohit and Peka demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. They are a great asset to the team and contributed significantly to making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The highlight was an unexpectedly delightful burger-making activity where guests rolled dice to select their ingredients — creative, lighthearted and genuinely fun. What could have been a simple hotel activity became an engaging hour of laughter and spontaneity. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making solo travellers feel completely at ease. The property itself reflects Four Points' signature quality — comfortable, elegant and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a refreshing staycation experience

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Visited with my family and it was an awesome experience. Mr. Mohit made a smooth check in and was of great help during the stay. Rooms were above par. Morning breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Ms Neihpuii was of great help especially to my parents. Her warm welcome and wonderful smile made the day. We will surely visit again.
