I had an excellent stay at Four Points Navi Mumbai. The hotel is right next to Inorbit Mall, so the location is super convenient for both work and shopping.

The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. All amenities worked perfectly and the overall property felt well-maintained and inviting.

Special mention to Abhi, Housekeeping Manager — the attention to detail was outstanding. The room cleanliness was exceptional and there were thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire housekeeping team under Abhi’s supervision did a fantastic job.

Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and service at the restaurant was quick and courteous.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Navi Mumbai. Thanks to Abhi and the team for making the stay memorable.

Tremendous stay
Pros:

Four Points delivered what it promises — no frills, just reliable comfort. Room was clean, AC worked well, and WiFi was fast enough for video calls. Gym was small but had the basics. The only downside was breakfast got crowded around Location is good and staff were polite, but the room showed signs of wear — bathroom tiles had stains and the TV remote wasn’t working. Housekeeping missed replacing towels on Day 2 until we asked. Breakfast menu was limited compared to other Four Points I’ve stayed at. For the price point, I expected a bit more. Hotel has potential if they update the rooms and tighten up housekeeping checks.

Everything was fine during my visit. Room was clean, check-in was smooth, and the location works well for Navi Mumbai.

Service is fine overall. Staff were courteous and responsive whenever I needed something.

Special mention to Mr. Avhi, the Housekeeping Manager. He ensured our room was spotless and went out of his way to accommodate requests. Really made the stay better.

Awesome and fabulous experience to celebrate my wife birthday in asian kitchen afternoon buffet four points Vashi
Pros:

Excellent variety of food by the restaurant. The food was very delicious. Shelly, who was the manager gave us a walkthrough of the entire buffet and a special discount given that we celebrated an occasion here today. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Monica was continuously serving us and the used plates were taken away very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at the A diner restaurant today. I am definitely coming back again. All the best to the team.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi for a 2-night weekend trip and honestly, everything went well from start to finish.

Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with good blackout curtains – slept really well. The bathroom was modern and stocked with all the basics.

Food at the restaurant was solid. Tried the buffet breakfast and the Indian options were fresh and flavorful. Service was prompt without being pushy. The pool area is a nice bonus if you have some downtime.

Location-wise, it’s convenient for Vashi – close to Inorbit Mall and easy access to Navi Mumbai roads. Good choice if you’re here for work or a short city
