had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi while celebrating a birthday, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
A special thanks to Mr. Suraj Bisht, the Manager, who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything went smoothly. He was kind enough to upgrade our room, which made the celebration even more special. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. His politeness, humility, and genuine care for guests are truly commendable.
Since I was new to Mumbai, Mr. Suraj also took the time to guide me with nearby places to visit and shared valuable local information, which I really appreciated. His hospitality went far beyond what I expected.
The entire hotel staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious food and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi for making my birthday celebration so special. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Mumbai. Wishing the entire team continued success and all the very best!

A perfect place for a short term and long term stay
Pros:

Newly refurbished rooms, very good restaurant, large and well equipped gym (really impressive), pool, good buffet breakfasts with a selection of Indian, Western and Asian meals, well trained and attentive staff - everything what you would expect from a good hotel. Located 50 meters from Inorbit mall with countless shops and several restaurants. I would happily come again.

Had a wonderful experience at Four Points hotel Vashi. The hotel is very well maintained, but the highlight is definitely the best service provided by the team. They have a very polite and good staff who are always smiling and ready to help. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay! Mahesh chef also monica , Jennie and mamaod good service for us

Horrible Experience

Location, Food

Cons:

There was constant drilling and hammering noise. The staff had informed me during check-in that maintenance work is going on but its far from my room but it was right above my room! Also I was told maintenance work will be from 9am till 7pm but the drilling and hammering was going on till 9pm and inspite of complaining several times to Mohit on the front desk nothing happened. Booking.com should take strict action against the property. I made my booking trusting Booking.com and if this is the experience I get then I will stop using it.
