Horrible Experience

Location, Food

Cons:

There was constant drilling and hammering noise. The staff had informed me during check-in that maintenance work is going on but its far from my room but it was right above my room! Also I was told maintenance work will be from 9am till 7pm but the drilling and hammering was going on till 9pm and inspite of complaining several times to Mohit on the front desk nothing happened. Booking.com should take strict action against the property. I made my booking trusting Booking.com and if this is the experience I get then I will stop using it.

Absolute Gem of a Stay. Wonderful rooms, food and gyn

Mohit and Pranay from the front office were absolute gem and they ensured my stay of fours is glitch free. Marvellous top notch rooms, amenities and house keeping. Mohit and Pranay are one of those genuine people from FO team which i have not witnessed in recent times. , thank you for your hospitality. Rohit and mukesh thanks for the top notch food u guys. “Leo sir” you have kept the gym in wonderful shape, loved the time their and very thankful for your continuous efforts on everyone visiting. Thank you team FPS for making my days memorable. Special thanks to Mr Kiran for bringing out the best of FPS vashi.

This becomes a good relief from the usual anxiety from the day.
I appreciate the warmth of the reception staff , Nikhil , Ahaan and others. And the staff in breakfast area - Dhriti , Christina and others. The breakfast is exceptionally good - My compliments to the chefs .

Uma Made My Mornings
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the breakfast experience at Four Points by Sheraton Vashi stood out for one simple reason: Uma.
Uma is everything you want in hospitality — courteous, professional, and genuinely warm. She remembered my preferences, made sure everything was taken care of, and brought a level of attentiveness that you rarely find. The kind of service that makes you want to linger over your third cup of coffee.
The breakfast buffet itself is excellent — a solid spread with good variety and fresh options. But honestly, the food was almost secondary to how well the team made you feel. I found myself arriving early and staying late just because the atmosphere was so welcoming.
Top-notch service, great food, and staff who truly care. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Vashi.
