My suggestion.
Pros:

Overall staff attitude and cleanliness.

Cons:

Slight inconvenience due to some work but there was a note in the room from the management.
I had pointed out they need to fix a few hooks in the bathroom as NO place to hang your clothes or bathrobe..

Nice but wouldn’t recommend or stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, room was good with very comfy beds & pillows

Cons:

Swimming pool was not accessible for disabled guest & I was not advised by booking.com that a swimming cap was required to use the pool.
I am a smoker but only one place to smoke which was at the front of the hotel, although one gentleman was smoking on the terrace of the cafe bar but when I asked they told me no but did nothing to ask this gentleman to stop smoking

We enjoyed our stay and my next trip I also stay in this hotel and recommend to others .
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and stuffs were helpful and polite . Location which was close to mall and easy to reach .

Baking Café at Four Points, Navi Mumbai
Pros:

I visited the Baking Café at Four Points, Navi Mumbai and really enjoyed my meal - eggs with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, baby spinach, olive oil garlic toast, and a cappuccino. The food was delicious and generously portioned. The hospitality was wonderful, especially from Josephine, who was very polite and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting the Navi Mumbai Baking Café again soon.

Great Service and Smooth Stay

Although we were initially assigned a room that did not meet our expectations, Danesh responded promptly to our concern and relocated us to a much better room. We truly appreciate his assistance. Additionally, Mohit at the reception demonstrated great professionalism and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Thank you to both for enhancing our stay.

This hotel is worth it!
Pros:

Staying in this hotel was one of our best experiences. From the authentic food from around the world to the housekeeping staff everyone was warm and welcoming. Our experience with Puii, Hirdyesh and Yuvraj from the housekeeping staff was very good, they also made us an adorable origami rabbit. The breakfast buffet offered a bunch of delicacies and flavours. We were served by our amazing waitress, Kim. The cleanliness was also top notch and our room was really spotless. The location is also amazing if you really like to shop since the Inorbit mall is situated right next to this hotel. Another plus point is that your room is going to be noise-free and the welcome snacks they provide are gonna be delicious. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful and comfort filled trip.

Consistent, welcoming, and my go-to hotel in Mumbai
Pros:

This has been my regular hotel in Mumbai since August last year, and it continues to be a place I’m happy to return to.

What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The front desk, security, and restaurant teams are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

A special mention to Kim, Sangtei, Hmingi, and Ameen from the restaurant team — their warmth and attentiveness genuinely elevate the stay.

The hotel is currently in the final stages of refurbishment, and in spite of this, the overall experience remains comfortable, familiar, and well managed.

Another major advantage is the location — right next to Inorbit Mall, making it very easy to access restaurants, cafés and shopping.

This is a hotel I keep coming back to for its people, consistency, and location, and it remains my go-to choice in Mumbai
