Pros:

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi for a 2-night weekend trip and honestly, everything went well from start to finish.

Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with good blackout curtains – slept really well. The bathroom was modern and stocked with all the basics.

Food at the restaurant was solid. Tried the buffet breakfast and the Indian options were fresh and flavorful. Service was prompt without being pushy. The pool area is a nice bonus if you have some downtime.

Location-wise, it’s convenient for Vashi – close to Inorbit Mall and easy access to Navi Mumbai roads. Good choice if you’re here for work or a short city

Stay at four point
Pros:

Stayed at Four Points Vashi for 2 nights and had a really pleasant experience. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the location is perfect if you’re in Navi Mumbai for work. Staff across the hotel were courteous and quick to help.

Special mention to Avhi, Housekeeping Manager, who was outstanding. He made sure our room was spotless, responded immediately to requests, and checked in personally to see if we needed anything. That level of attention to detail is amazing

Would definitely stay again and recommend it for business or family trips in Navi Mumbai. Thanks to Avhi and the team for making the stay comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give special thanks to Pranay Deshmukh at the Front Desk. He truly went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. From beautifully decorating my room to personally waiting until midnight just to wish me, his effort and thoughtfulness meant a lot to me. It’s rare to see such genuine dedication and warmth in hospitality.

I would also like to appreciate the valet team for their prompt and courteous service—they were equally impressive and added to the smooth experience.

Thank you once again for making my special day so memorable. I will definitely be returning!
