Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor Bangkok

Always an amazing experience coming back to Somerset in ThongLor. Amenities are good, and there is plenty of shops nearby to eat and explore. I would specifically like to thank, Natt, Oat, May & Seagram for being the most accommodating staff in the hotel premises. I will be back again very soon.

It was a perfect trip. I stay at Somerset Sukhumvit Bangkok every time I visit Bangkok. I came with my child this time, and the staff were very kind. Mr. A, in particular, was really good to my child. It will definitely be Somerset Sukhumvit Bangkok for my next trip as well.

The stay is great! Staff Oat, Korn, Laida and nene are awesome!

Room is spacious and clean. With the microwave in kitchen area, washing machine and dryer.

Wifi is good. Free shuttle to thong lor BTS.

We had wonderful stay in Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor Hôtel . The rooms are spacious and very clean . The swimming pool is amazing . All the stuff is extremely kind and professional. Spécial thanks to Korn and Chai who took care after us and made our expérience unforgetable.

Somerset is the best place to stay in Thong Lo, in my humble opinion. The staff, like Oat, Laida and Seagram made my stay there even better. The place was always clean, smelled nice, the rooms are perfect, the building is in the best location for walking and the kitchen/laundry was a game changer. I will be back to stay here later this year and hope to enjoy this place again.

Big room, friendly people (Nene, Natte and Tui were very helpful). Though the hotel is in the middle of Bangkok, the atmosphere is nice and quiet. The hotel offers a Shuttle Service for destinations in the area.

Big Fan of this hotel. Ended up staying over 10 days. Rooms are great. Clean, modern spacious and very comfortable. But, the main reason I stay here is because of the STAFF. THANK YOU ONT, Natti, Chai, Ning and entire front desk staff for always making me feel like I’m home and for exceeding all expectations. I’ll be back. Khap Kun Krap

The location is really good, short walk to BTS and lots of restaurants, massage places and coffee spots nearby. We were travelling with a baby so actually did a lot of grab orders to the room for dinner which was very easy!

The rooms were big and clean and well appointed. We had a washing machine and dryer which again, with a baby is a god send! Super easy to use and quick. Housekeeping was great too and really could not fault the cleanliness of the room.

The staff were so lovely. Especially May, Chai and Gram. All the staff made us feel so welcome, we’re so friendly and loved saying hello to our baby.

The pool was really nice and again super clean.

We couldn’t hear any noise from other guests or the street.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Our room was clean and fresh and bright. The breakfast service was delicious and the view from the infinity pool is stunning. All of the staff were lovely, NeNe, Natt, Nook and Tui were at reception were wonderful! Would live to come back one day!

Somerset thong lor is in the best location. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Exceptional service and special thanks to Oat, Natt and Nene for all of your help and assistance, providing us with great stay.

The room have full kitchen set with complete utensil. Supermarket just across the hotel and open 24hours.

The stay was really pleasant, the whole team is very kind and polite and helpful especially mr.A. The reception staff really made our stay memorable with amazing service. In rooms they have each and every facility that a tourist might require. I visited with my family and it was my birthday. They surprised us with a cake which was really thoughtful.
Altogether it was a wonderful experience

We stayed for 2 nights in a Studio with handicap-access bathroom (receive free upgrade for this) and were treated with very excellent hospitality from the staff.

We would like to give special mention to two of their staff (Mr A. and Chai) who took care of everything from helping us with the luggages and free shuttle service to the BTS station. They greeted us daily whenever we were at the lobby and even ask if we needed any assistance (as one of us is wheelchair-bound). Overall, it was a great experience staying at Somerset Sukhumvit Thong Lo and will certainly stay here for future trips to Bangkok (as the hotel is also conveniently located to nearby restaurants and malls and the BTS stations like Thong Lo and Ekkamai).

The hotel provides free shuttle service to the BTS stations daily from 0700-2300hours.
