The staff was okay. The location was wonderful.
I paid for 2 nights.The first room was smelling really bad. I asked for another room. At first they said they did not have anymore. Maintenance came up to spray the room.We had to leave for an hour. We was gone more than an hour. Made it back to the room It started smelling again. I call to let them know it was smelling again. That's when they decided to move us. The second room had an odor as well. Not as bad as the first room. They just gave me $25.00 back. I'm not going to stay there again. The room was very nice, but smelling. I did have Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. I clean with that. It did not help. I don't know what the problem was.I think the carpet need to be clean or taken out.
I like everything about this hotel, clean, location, very friendly staff, just so comfortable! It was so cute my name was on Tv when I walked in. I would def stay again

Tenika G was the biggest help there, she help us to get around the city. She helped us with good places to eat at. She was the best, i have stayed in plenty of hotels. I have not ever had a person like her who helped me with anything I needed. I told her anytime I come back to Birmingham or Hooper. I will be staying with y'all. I did not get the other stuff names, but they was terrific to. The cook was a nice, wonderful person, who prepared a beautiful breakfast. The knight attendant was a great person to, so my state was awesome. And I want to thank the whole staff. Thank you so much!!!
The stay was so great, i don't have nothing bad to say.
The elevators take a very long time our room was dirty. I asked for a crib 24 hours before my arrival we received a broke one I told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Room was always dirty the bathtub did not work so I could not give my children a bath.
Very quiet & safe. It was conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations & the Finley Center.
The breakfast was great. It had lots of choices. The location was within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Beautiful property, large rooms, all recently renovated. Convenient to I-65. Near a good choice of restaurants and fast food.
We have stayed here at least a dozen times on our way to and from Florida because they have been pet friendly. Never have they charged us a fee for that. This time, however, they charged us $75 and didn’t tell us they were charging us. When I checked out, the woman at the desk refused to give me a receipt for the stay and even refused to tell me what the total charge for the stay was. She claimed that Booking.com doesn’t allow them to tell us what the final cost is. When I checked my email later that day, I got the receipt and discovered that they had charged $75 more for the pets. Outrageous that they would refuse to tell us and that they refused even to say what the total was. I am not sure we will stay here again.
