Charged for pets when they never have before, and wouldn’t give a receipt at the hotel or even reveal the total!
Pros:

Beautiful property, large rooms, all recently renovated. Convenient to I-65. Near a good choice of restaurants and fast food.

Cons:

We have stayed here at least a dozen times on our way to and from Florida because they have been pet friendly. Never have they charged us a fee for that. This time, however, they charged us $75 and didn’t tell us they were charging us. When I checked out, the woman at the desk refused to give me a receipt for the stay and even refused to tell me what the total charge for the stay was. She claimed that Booking.com doesn’t allow them to tell us what the final cost is. When I checked my email later that day, I got the receipt and discovered that they had charged $75 more for the pets. Outrageous that they would refuse to tell us and that they refused even to say what the total was. I am not sure we will stay here again.

Definitely worth the stay
Pros:

The overnight staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. The continental breakfast had nice protein selections (I follow a low carb diet).

Cons:

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, it caused me a bit of back pain.

Pros:

The staff were very nice. It was very clean and nice. Was also very quite even though the parking lot was full. Will stay here again.

Cons:

Needs repairs - Major water leak that would have been happening long enough to notice prior to selling the room - very expensive for an unpleasant night of water running down the walls and through carpets and no ability to relocate rooms

Pros:

New and everything was clean.

Cons:

I got stomach upset after eating breakfast. I have very sensitive stomach. Perhaps omelet and cheese maybe old or greasy.
