Overall, I’ll stay again if I were to visit Japan.
Pros:

Very convenient to get on subway and even to commute to and from airport. Food options around.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit hot at times. Also massage chair is smaller compare to photo. Definitely was a disappointment . Room were also smaller like any other hotels in Japan.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, the hotel is right above Akihabara station, which was very convenient. The view from the room to the train station is very beautiful. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive.

Excellent staff and customer service. Great location!
Pros:

You couldn't ask for a better location as Remm is basically attached to the train station. The staff are excellent. They are incredibly helpful and communicate in English. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was magnificent. The rain shower was wonderful. Really comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast is pretty basic and not really worth the extra $$$. The elevators can be slow depending on the time of day.

Ubicación ESPECTACULAR!!!!
Pros:

Está en la entrada “literal” de la estación de metro. Caminando puedes ir a cualquier lugar. Tienes un GU en el mismo lugar edificio y cruzando la calle un UNIQLO. Espectacular ubicación. El sistema de metro es perfecto y está en la línea Yamanote y conecta con todo

Cons:

Como en todo Japón habitaciones pequeñas.

Pros:

The location, cleanliness, staff politeness, and amenities. Everything about this place was great. The eco cleaning was very appreciated, as I typically don't like staff coming in my room but still want supplies delivered. Above all though was the location. It can't be understated how useful it is to have lodgings right beside the station, even if you're not planning on shopping for goods in Akihabara.

Cons:

The only thing is the room size, things were a bit tight and it wasn't really possible to open luggage. That's just a side effect of being in Tokyo though, and honestly it was already better than some other business hotels.
