Pros:

La proximité avec la station Akihabara est exceptionnelle. La réception était vraiment super accueillante et les personnes très arrangeantes en anglais notamment. Un vrai premier contact au Japon qui nous a donné envie de voir la suite !

Excellent stay next door to Akihabara
Pros:

Excellent location right next to station. Short walk to major malls and shops in Akihabara.

Supportive staff which were helpful in small things like getting another customer's clothes out of laundry, coordinating and guiding on baggage transfer to Kyoto, using translator to talk to ensure we get the best possible answers to our questions.

Cons:

There was some inflexibility around check in time even though we had requested an earlier check in. So we had to come back in at 2pm to check in and leave again.

De locatie is super. Een paar stappen vanaf het station en je loopt zo je hotelkamer in! Top. Super vriendelijke personeel.

- The rooms are tiny: they fit us in a double room hobbit size (literally no space for anything else)
- The staff doesn't really assist you: they don't speak english at all but they will charge you for everything in the reception (the only thing you can see because there is not even a lobby, just a corridor)

Great location for exploring Akihabara, with a comfortable stay overall despite the compact room lay
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Akihabara, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small, which is quite common in Japan.

Cons:

Not a huge fan of the bed being pushed up against the wall, as it meant only one side had easy access getting in and out of bed. It also wasn’t much fun having to crawl out the bottom of the bed to go to the loo in the middle of the night.
