Poor food, drinks and service,
Pros:

Joint hotel with Carribean village Agador
Location is great for shops and beach..
Rooms are very dated and in need of modernisation no table and chairs, hairdryer etc in rooms as discribed on the hotel facilities, and told safe doesn't work 😕
And let's talk food.. Or lack of it, Sunday evening, offers were beef burgers cut in half and a tiny peice of chicken hacked with a cleaver from a larger portion. This happened loads, or just chicken wings as an option, Loads of different salads or actually same salads just chopped differently and weird things added like peaches.. And chocolate vermicelli sprinkled over cucumber salad, kids also not catered for chips a rareatiy and 10 minutes to wait for some 3min french fries to be cooked and just chicken nuggets on 1 day or 2 if you count the day after sliced into a salad, bread dry and crusty left out all day for the 3 meals and no proper desserts, constantly running out of plates, bowls knife and forks, so more waiting soup and dessert bowls, cups and spoons were also cheap plastic
Only 1 bar open never actually saw any alcohol but G&T and a weird coloured cocktail/mock tail were offered in a lovely plastic cup, but that's in the Caribbean village end near there pool so quite a walk from your own part of hotel,,
So basically don't book this hotel if you like your food.. And don't mind a trek for a coffee or a beer,
Agadir is great place just not this hotel

Awful
Pros:

Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time booking. Dirty and unhygenic.. Dirty bed linen, holes in the wall, paint peeling, blood on the floor, piles of piles of pigeon poo. We left within an hour and found somewhere else to stay! Should not be allowed to accept guests. Oh, check your money as we were given fake fake money as change!

Don't listen to the negativity
Pros:

Great location. Half hour from the airport. 5 min walk from beach. Back exit takes you even closer to the beach and the hotel has loungers to use there.
Rooms are basic but spacious. Beds comfortable. I had a sheet, quilt and blanket. The pillows were a bit hard. I had aflat screen TV I used it once. Room cleaned every day. Shower didn't look much but very powerful and hot water at every time of day. The toilet was a modern push button flush, toilet roll filled every day. Yes the towels are older and not pure white but they were clean.

At meal times there wasn't a huge selection but always something on offer I could eat and I'm a vegetarian.
Breakfast had fresh bread, cheese, some meats, fruit, eggs, (omelette, fried or boiled) pancakes, cereal, yogurt also some Moroccan choices.
Lunch had loads of salad choice, soup, fresh bread. Veggie pasta, chicken, roast veg, fish, meat fruit, cakes, wine available.
Dinner had a meat, fish or veggie selection everyday, chips, potatoes, pasta and salads. It was all fine.
The gardens and pools are well looked after. Beautiful gardens, 4 large pools cleaned everyday with padded loungers. Little stalls selling bags, sandals, trinkets. The grounds are huge. You can have a walk around them and discover little nooks to sit in. A pool bar open from 11am to midnight and a large reception bar in the other building.
Yes the bar is busy, all the facilities weren't open. Some were being decorated. The staff are great, nightly show in the amphitheater, the entertainment team try their best. It's a 3 star hotel, some areas need painted but overall great value for money. I will definitely be back, thoroughly enjoyed myself. It's Morocco not Spain don't expect it to be the same.

Living nightmare, read this review before booking!
Pros:

Absolutely do not consider this as a ‘cheap deal’ like I did!! Just wanting to get away for a quiet break! On arrival the entrance to the hotel is dated, faded and has a waft of cat pee. The reception area is something out of the 80’s, not at all a welcoming area with crap, old suitcases and mess everywhere. Two reception guys were very pleasant but though only a small amount extra, charged the tax, a bit more than what was stated by Love holidays. No info given on meal times and locations or a map of the hotel.
On arrival to the bedroom I actually wanted to leave the hotel. As included in the photos I have attached, it was run down, drab, broken furniture, paintwork terrible, dusty and towels that looked about 30 years old. The wooden, non double glazed patio doors did not shut properly either. The aircon unit was on as a heater on my arrival, due to poor weather to start this was welcomed but I’d guess it probably does not meet safety standards!! Only one plug socket in my room out of five worked! No safe in my room also so I carried all my personal valuables around at all times, I also did not use maid service for that reason as did not want anyone in my room. Having seen a staff member slyly stealing cheese into their pocket one morning in the restaurant I kinda thought what else could they steal?!

The restaurant was dark and not clean. Plates were often dirty. Food at breakfast was just ok, mainly as I had an omelette each day but the lunch and main meals tasted bland with little flavour and nothing actually looked appetising, I had better food when I worked as a teacher in a third world country!!!
The waiters are very helpful and friendly but have no skills in how to clean a table, I didn’t see a dish cloth or antibacterial spray be used once, just a wipe with a napkin to take the crumbs off then redressed the table!!!! The germs that must be breading on those old wooden tables and old dirty chairs. The legs of the tables are mainly rusty with paint hanging off! I am glad I took a thermos mug as the tiny paper cups for hot drinks in the restaurant were a joke, not a single china cup/mug in the hotel!!!
The rooms are in separate blocks and all have old doors that lock with a key, cloncky noise to double lock them. People just slam the doors constantly and talk/shout at the top of their voice on returning to their rooms at all times of the night, it appears people have no consideration for others. Coupled with the cleaners also talking loudly first thing and the seagulls it was not the place to get a rest. The rooms are not sound proved at all, I could hear the guest next door to me being sick after getting very drunk, having arguments and banging and crashing about also which was not nice. So much so I chose to leave the hotel for my last four nights and checked into a lovely apartment where I was comfortable and felt safe.

The bar area was very busy and took ages to get a drink. The tables and chairs were in poor repair and old and rusty. Few places to sit under cover around the bar area. I had previously read that the hotel is like a Moroccan Butlins and that was correct, whilst I appreciate people are on holiday to enjoy themselves, it was excessively loud, people appeared to be very drunk, argumentative, likely on drugs and a lady was reported to be stealing phones!

The gardens in the hotel were I guess maintained but the paintwork and outside of the buildings were not painted in years, there were old cups and various rubbish in the flower beds and this definitely did not allow for a restful recuperation I was after. I read the reviews prior to booking and got sucked into the reviews that claimed this was ok but not to expect Hilton quality, I was so desperate for the break I thought it will be ok.

The lift in my block was out of order, a note was added next to the lift but it was not made secure, god knows what would have happened if a child got in there and pulled on a cable or similar, so unsafe.

IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT OK AND HAD I NOT SPENT EVERY DAY ALL DAY OUT AND ABOUT I WOULD HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE HOLIDAY!!! Schoolboy error even deciding to book this but we live and learn.

I walked through the Caribbean part of the hotel which is joined to pueblo tamlelt to access a shop one afternoon, that looks even worse and smelt very strongly of cat pee, I’d rather not have a holiday than stay here.
I definitely would not bring my children here, so many steps everywhere, broken or unfixed paving, sharp edges and cats everywhere that do not look in the best of health, goodness knows what you could catch.

Do not get sucked into by the odd good review unless you want to be staying in the worst, depressing and poor standard of accommodation. You will end up spending more on food outside so put that money towards a cheaper B&B and eat out or pay more for a nicer AI hotel.
I hope this long review helps you to make a decision on whether this is the right holiday for you. I’ve never left such a review before but felt compelled to, to avoid this experience for someone else who might really be needing a rest and a break as they really will not get that here.

RUBBISH HOTEL NOT WORTH THE EXISTENCE.
Pros:

The rooms are outdated, Televison dont work,Ibternet is rubbush you have to sit outside. shower rooms blocked with hair.toilets they smell ,food cold, evening dinner vegetarian rubbish ,milk sour, Bath towels dirty cleaners use them to clean floors hence the dirty colour, staff rude they pretend they did not hear you unless you tip then english comes alive .reception staff the woman is rude very rude .They treat people like animals .even if its a 3 star hotel at least be proffesional and maybe clean and give people good food worth eating .didnt even have the strenght to take photos.dissapointed my kids on thier holiday to Morroco .why are they even changing the name from Carribean agador to elpablo running from their shame .I am even surprised people still go there that hotel should be banned .Horror hotel .And the guy who sits on the reception who says he works for love holidays that guy is a thief selling activities .we had to source our excursions from a nearby hotel which was half price than what he was charging us .PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL IT IS HORROR.

Good value for money
Pros:

First dont listen any bad reviews about this hotel. Value for money is just great. Definetly worth it !!!! Maybe is not a Hilton but you dont pay for Hilton as well so if you dont have high expectations for price hat you pay you won't be dissapointed. Food all right - big choice everyone will find something for them. Rooms clean maybe with some defects and old tv but not bad at all

Unhygienic
Pros:

The accommodation was very tired and in places not pleasant. We booked a double bed and refused the first room as it contained two singles. We were moved with no fuss or problem majority of the staff were pleasant and friendly.
Our toilet was broken and our shower attachment fell from the wall damaging the shower head. On the third day repaired.
The room contained two old safes which neither worked as I was informed they’d lost the keys. No safe and I carried my money and passports for the duration.
Tiles smashed, both wall and floor in the bedroom.
Tiles removed and uneven and dangerous floor area outside main restaurant.
The main restaurant produced excellent, fresh and delicious food for all tastes throughout my stay. Cannot fault the food.
However, as the busy periods arrived in the restaurant they lacked sufficient wine glasses and constantly searched for empty glasses. On one occasion a waiter collected three empty glasses smelling each glass before returning with filled glasses. Our waiter collect a dirty glass I followed and witnessed him fill the used glass and returned with wine. I refused the drink. After we used only plastic cups for my wine.
The main bar was busy and under staffed I counted 26 people waiting to be served. Preferential service given to tipping guests.
I cannot recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.
