Fantastic stay, very upmarket, amazing buffet breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, perfect location.
Pros:

The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom was good, shower was great and the amentities were luxurious. The location was superb - couldn't have been better.

Cons:

An iron and ironing board in the room - those this was quickly received from housekeeping.

הגענו זוג ללילה אחד שישישבת. מיקום מושלם. נקי וריח מדהים. מלון יפה

את השירות בספא- שבועיים לפני ההגעה למלון התקשרנו להזמין עיסוי לזוג ונאמר שאין מקום בכלל.
בכל מקרה הגענו לספא כדי לבדוק ביום ההגעה, ישבו שם שתי צעירות מאוד לא נחמדות שהפרענו להם לדבר על הצפורניים שלהן וחיכינו שיסיימו לדבר ביניהן.
בנוסף כשנכנסנו היה ריח חזק של צבע כי החליטו לשפץ את הספא בשבת.

Das Personal ist großartig. Mark am Front Desk war besonders hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist einmalig, auch hier ist das Personal ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist elegant, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Zu wenig Steckdosen, kein Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Der Steamer, der vom überaus bemühten Personal gebracht wurde, war eine echte Antiquität. Die Zimmerpreise sollten dementsprechend angepasst werden, oder - besser noch - man erhöht die Qualität an.

L’emplacement est très bien et le personnel aussi est très bien, les chambres sont correctes.

Cons:

Le restaurant de poissons n’est pas top du tout et pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles … et le restaurant de viande n’est pas top du tout le manger n’est pas bon c’est chère et ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles la seule chose qui bien du restaurant de viande c’est qu’il est au roof top et il a une belle vue, le petite déjeuner est correcte mais pas waouu non plus très déçue de tout les repas prit à l hôtel

סה״כ טוב עם דגש לשיפור חווית הלקוח.

אהבנו מאוד את ארוחת הבוקר שלכם זה אחת הסיבות שאני בוחרת בבית המלון, שירות חדרים טוב מאוד. חנייה חינם לאורחי המלון.

The worst food I ever received in a 5-star hotel, and not by a small margin. It would also have been nice to have some of the lobby chic in the room instead of the very cramped ikea feel (I had a “suit”), and to have been informed in advance about how and where to park. Overall the place seems run by a youth movement

It was nice. I don’t think it was worth the price.
Pros:

The food was excellent, and the room was nice.

Cons:

The location is terrible. All the junctions surrounding the area were closed, and I was needed to park in a public parking lot instead of the hotel parking.
No communication communications from the hotel. I’m still waiting for answers about two questions I asked before my check-in.
Disappointing situation for a hotel that cost 2500 shekels a night

בחרנו בגלל מיקום וציפייה לפינוק ומנוחה. בבדיקת עלות תועלת,התאכזבנו.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר סבירה,אבל לא מספקת תמורה למחיר. הלחמים לא היו טריים והארוחה עצמה בנאלית ללא מעוף.
לא ריענוו את החדר בערב לקראת שינה,כמקובל במלונות ברמה הזו.
ההנחה בחניה לא מספקת לטעמי.
