Service beim Empfangsschalter und im Restaurant, Schlaf- und Badezimmer

Cons:

Die Sonnenterrasse ist lächerlich klein und schwer unterausgestattet. Bei unserem ersten Versuch war der Ort kahl, keine Liegestühle oder sonst etwas, weil es am Vorabend einen Event gab. Beim zweiten Versuch war der Ort überfüllt obwohl es erst früh morgens war.

The staff always welcome to help.
The hotel arranged very nice for my wife's birthday and made it even more special.
The facility was very goid and clean.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The view from the roof on the old city is exceptional!
The dinner was good but way too expensive

Cons:

The lunch we took from the caffe: the only option for sabbat if you do not want to spend a fortune. We had to choose between 2 salads and a couple of sandviches. We received old vegetables that even worst caffeteria would be ashaimed to serve. Such a nice hotel could try better.
Note that the spa does not have dry sauna.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת, חלק גדול מהאוכל היה מהקפאה כמו הפשטידות, הג'חנון.... המבחר היה נמוך, היו חסרים גבינות בסיסיות כמו גבינה צפתית ובולגרית, היינו כבר כמה פעמים במלון והפעם האכזבה הייתה גדולה ....

Cons:

ארוחת ערב פשוטה מינוס ביחס למחיר של 450 שקל לסועד.... מעולם לא יצא לנו לשלם מחיר כזה גם במסעדת בשרים יוקרתית.
כשביקשנו להוסיף ארוחת ערב להזמנה התשובה הייתה "אין בעייה, הוספתי לכם..." מבלי לציין תוספת מחיר כל שהוא, המחיר נאמר לנו רק כשהגענו למלון והשארנו את ההזמנה בלית ברירה כי לא היה לנו זמן להערך לכך לפני כניסת שבת.
