Amazing perfect

We spent two nights at Mamila Hotel. Location was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The design with the bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall was bizarre. Had to use the bathroom at night in darkness so the other guest was not woken up by the lights. The fact the toilet had no door was suboptimal, as well. One night entire rooftop was rented for a private event - which is also weird, given that the hotel advertises great rooftop restaurant/ bar as a part of the experience

Beautiful hotel located in great area.

I was treated to a lovely birthday treat by the hotel. We ate dinner at Rooftop; the setting was beautiful and the food delicious. I had an early checkout, with no time to have breakfast. The staff provided me with containers to take-out breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were far from acceptable—the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had urine stains on the floor. Additionally, the staff was cold and unapproachable, making the experience even less welcoming. To make matters worse, it took an unreasonably long time to receive fresh towels for the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The breakfast is ok , not more than that , the verity is high , but the taste is average ...

Perfect location for visiting the Old City. Lots of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel. Gym/Spa on property was great, roof restaurant/bar has incredible views at night.

Boutique hotel with all the nice touches!

I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were super helpful as well!

It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food.

But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts.

Disappointed with my room, very small, nothing special. I expected a more luxurious room for the price of almost $500/night. Also No blow dryer. Limited soap and toiletries for 2 people.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it. The gym is as large and well-equipped, with trainers to assist if needed. The location can’t be beat! Very close to restaurants, the market and Jaffa Gate.
