Staff very friendly very spacious family room and food was lovely
No kids club or pool but I know kids club is a seasonal option
The staff were extremely friendly and patient and professional. Could not fault the staff working there. The hotel was not prepared for the volume of people staying that weekend due to the rose of tralee competition for the rose of sligo selection and the staff seemed to be under pressure. The staff done a great job under alot of pressure. Id say they were understaffed especially in housekeeping due to the delay in booking into the rooms.
There was a delay booking in and there was a wait due to a queue for breakfast the following morning. The evening meal was ok but very average.

Great location. Clean and spacious. We ate in the bar during our stay - food was great.

Very clean..staff very friendly.
Nice big bed and wonderful power shower.
Bed very comfortable.!
We had dinner booked for 6.45pm. Didn't get our meal until 7.30.
After all that long wait it arrived cold and dissapointing.
Pillows very big and quite uncomfortable.
Rooms are large, clean and comfy. We were staying for one night as we attended an event in the function room. Dinner in the restuarant was lovely.
Nothing!
The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and the value for money was spot on.
There were no negatives.
Bar food was first class well done to your chefs and staff . We enjoyed our breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful
Could not fault the service or facilities
I didn't like having to leave.
It’s a lovely place to relax and close to the beach
Nothing it was fab
"The staff at reception were very welcoming, and the hotel was clean and breakfast was nice.
The hotel presents itself as child-friendly, but we found that some amenities for children were unavailable during our stay. The kids’ club was closed, despite checking in advance, and the ladder on the kids’ bunk bed in room 115 was broken, which we reported to reception to ensure safety. With the local pool also closed, there were limited options for children’s entertainment. The staff were polite, though more support for families would have been appreciated
