Очень понравился отель, нас заселили раньше, дали прекрасный номер на 10 этаже и было даже немножко видно как ходят корабли, завтраки отличные, чистота и порядок везде от уборки номеров до самого отеля, бассейн порадовал и нас и ребенка, хамам с подогревом полов, отличная температура в сауне, в душе был полный комплект от шампуней до зубных щеток, великолепное расположение, метро в двух шагах, недорогой магазин с продуктами , и и фуникулер до сторожевой башни

Cons:

Дорогой персонал на ресепшене, получил от нас просьбу приготовить три ланч бокса , к сожалению они не были приготовлены,- но нам любезно предложили покушать в ресторане раньше времени, в 6:30 , мы отказались так как спешили

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, nett und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer und die allgemeinen Bereiche waren sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage, durch die man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen kann. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte leider auch einige negative Seiten. Zwar war das Personal freundlich und bemüht, jedoch gab es mehrere Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert haben. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören kann. Zudem gab es Probleme im Badezimmer – beim Duschen lief Wasser nach außen, und das Waschbecken war sehr tief und dadurch unpraktisch.
Besonders unangenehm waren die starken Kanalgerüche im Flur, die deutlich wahrnehmbar waren. Außerdem fehlte im Zimmer eine Klobürste. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns diese aus hygienischen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns unverständlich und nicht akzeptabel war.
Insgesamt gibt es einige positive Ansätze, aber die genannten Mängel sollten dringend verbessert werden.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, liniște, parcare asivurata iar room service-ul facut zilnic. Check-out-ul a fost făcut rapid de domnul Husein și colegii săi, toți fiind foarte amabili și profesioniști.

An sich eine solide und saubere Unterkunft, aber das zu warme Zimmer hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir nicht noch einmal hinge

Super Lage und saubere Unterkunft

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich im Winter nicht auf kühl umstellen und das Zimmer war unfassbar warm. Wir haben aus diesem Grund leider sehr schlecht geschlafen.
