Pros:

The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable overall.

However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, and basic greetings such as “hello” or “good morning” were often not acknowledged. At check-in, nothing was explained to us. We were not informed about hotel details, facilities, or any important information regarding our stay.

Apparently, we received a room upgrade, but this was never mentioned during check-in. We later realized it meant a smaller room on the 9th floor. While we appreciate the gesture, it would have been better to inform us in advance or at least ask if we agreed with the change.

When I arrived late one evening, I was asked to show my room key before entering. I understand the security intention, but since no ID was requested to confirm my identity, the process felt more like a formality than an actual check.

With a more professional and welcoming attitude from the staff, the overall experience could have been much better.

Pros:

Hello,
The location is amazing I recommend and the breakfast is very delicious, but the room view is nothing i asked city view but the view from my room is a big building on my face. Staff is very friendly but the housekeeping they knock on your door very loud and after just 2 knock they open and enter very bad they should be teached that knock the guests door very politely. No tissues in rooms no toothpaste tooth brush.

Провел в этом отеле неделю. Главное зимой в номере тепло, номер просторный. Завтрак хороший, все необходимое есть, отношение персонала очень хорошее. Внимательные ребята.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. A reggeli rendben volt, de nem kiemelkedő; a török szállodákhoz képest inkább közepesnek mondanám. A szobák viszont nagyon szépek és tiszták. Összességében korrekt szállás, de szerintem az árhoz képest kissé túl van árazva.

Cons:

Összességében tetszett, de nem kiemelkedő ahhoz képest, amennyit fizettünk, például a reggeli.
Először a másik testvérszállodába mentünk be, ahol a személyzet nagyon barátságtalan volt, és rossz arcot vágtak nekünk. Sőt, azt is mondták, hogy csak személyesen tudunk foglalni, Bookingon nem, ahol nyilván jóval magasabb árat kérnek. Ez azonban nem az a szálloda volt, hanem a méltán elismert 5 csillagos.

Otelin temizligi, odalari gercekten iyi durumda. Yeni bir otel. Alt kisimda havuzu, hamami, saunasi ve masaj imkanlari mevcut. Yer olarak tum ulasim imkanlarina sahip

Cons:

Yan tarafta Arap müşteriler sabaha kadar gürültü yaptılar. Oteli adeta ahır gibi kullanıp etraflarındaki insanlara saygı göstermeyen bir grup vardı. Otel personeli ne kadar uyarsa da aynı davranışı tekrar ettiler. Personele tam yetki verilmeli ve bu tür müşterilerin güzel bir otelin konseptini bu şekilde kötüye kullanmalarına izin verilmemeli. Gece saat 3–4’te, defalarca uyarılmalarına rağmen hâlâ gürültü yapabiliyorlarsa, bunlar ne medeniyetten ne de insanlıktan anlar. Doğrudan otelden çıkarılmaları gerekir.

It was amazing experience, the staff were super friendly from valet to duty manager. Location is amazing, easy to enter by the car, near to metro and of course just next to Taksim Square if you want to have a walk there.

Cons:

The food was only ok, Turkish cuisine is rich with really tasty food. Could be better.
