3 çocuklu, 5 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. Açıkçası kolay müşteri değiliz; özellikle çocuklarımız konusunda oldukça hassasız. Ancak Alper, Samet, Volkan, Yusuf, Emrah ve restorandaki ismini bilmediğim diğer tüm çalışanlar bizi, en önemlisi de çocuklarımızı, gerçekten çok güzel karşıladılar.
Konaklamamız sırasında arabamız bozuldu ve çalışanların hepsi adeta dört koldan yardımımıza koştu. Telefonlar açıldı, gerekli kişilerle iletişime geçildi ve ellerinden gelen her şeyi yaptılar. O anda kendimi hiç yalnız hissetmedim. Bir otelin en önemli özelliğinin çalışanları olduğunu düşünüyorum ve buradaki çalışanlar gerçekten otelin en güçlü tarafı.
Bunun dışında Taksim'e yakınlığı, konumu ve özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever olması nedeniyle buraya tekrar kesinlikle gelirim. 3 çocukla seyahat eden bir aile olarak kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik.
Tüm çalışanlara özellikle teşekkür ederim. Göstermiş olduğunuz ilgi ve yardımseverlik bizim için gerçekten çok değerliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim tek konu oda temizliğinin maalesef beklentimizin biraz altında olmasıydı. Benim için çok büyük bir sorun değil, ancak iyileştirile bilinir. Kahvaltı da maalesef biraz monotondu ve çeşitlilik açısından daha iyi olabilirdi, lakin garson beyler kahvaltıya tat kattılar.

فندق جميل لقد قوبلت بالترحيب والابتسامة فور قدومي من موظفة الاستقبال رؤيا التي قامت بشرح كافة الأمور المتعلقة بالفندق بالاضافة الى جميع الطاقم ونظافة جميع المرافق والافطار المتنوع اشكرهم جزيل الشكر.

Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam en sympathiek. Ga het zeker aanraden en terugkomen. Vooral Ruya die aan de balie stond was supervriendelijk en gaf veel informatie. Was zeer behulpzaam. Ze was een perfecte werknemer 10/10 die alle details met een glimlach op haar gezicht heeft doorgegeven ookal was onze incheck om 00.00u. Perfecte liging, lekker eten, lekkere fruitsap :) , propere en een goede zwembad en noem maar op..

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very caring. A special thanks to Miss Ruya, the front desk supervisor who has been very helpful prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The staff at the breakfast were also very attentive to our requests.
The location was perfect and there was a wide choice for the breakfast.
The hotel needs to be refreshed in terms of the bedroom, toilet and shower.
Very poor lighting in the room.
It seems it is not sound proof as we could hear noise from next door rooms.
The guests staying in the next door rooms were very loud and keep on slamming the doors late at night, which was very disturbing. We complained with the hotel reception and they sent security to check on those guests as other guests did complain as well.
We had a very good stay at this hotel. On the first night, the room we received was quite small for three people, but the reception staff were very helpful and moved us the next day to a much more comfortable and cosy room with three proper beds.
Special thanks to Ziya Han and Volkan Bey for their kindness and assistance. They made sure we were comfortable and helped make our stay much better. We really appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.
The first room was too small for three guests, but the staff resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
The location as it was easy to get around
The fridge was full of goods used as mini bar so was unable to use for personal use.
