Rengøringspersonalet var det bedste.

Nogle detaljer var desværre ikke i orden:
Vinduerne var ikke ordentligt isolerede, så der kom både træk og støj fra det store centrale AC-anlæg udenfor.

Termostaten til airconditionen fungerede ikke. Når den blev tændt, blev værelset for koldt, og når den blev slukket, blev det for varmt.

Håndklæderne var gamle og slidte.

Gulvtæpperne i alle værelser var ikke rene. Dette var den største ulempe ved opholdet.

Hotel is OK. I recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel is OK. Great location. Friendly staff. Neat room. Good breakfast. Free parking in the underground garage across the street behind the hotel. For foreigners who come by car, access to the hotel is a little difficult because of the pedestrian zone. Any recommendation for a hotel.

Cons:

It doesn’t look like a four star. Door from toilet was broken, glasses was taken for washing but never brought back even after we asked in reception. Also perfume from my suitcase was gone missing and hotel said they can’t do nothing about it…
