Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel
Pros:

Upon checking into the hotel, I was genuinely shocked to find that the room was not only exceptionally dirty, but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. This was far below any reasonable standard of hygiene and comfort expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
When I raised this issue with the reception staff, the response was highly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, I encountered a lack of urgency, cooperation, and basic customer care.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, the issue remained completely unattended. The condition of the room was simply intolerable, leaving me with no choice but to vacate immediately and find alternative accommodation.
As a direct result, I lost the full value of my booking and incurred unexpected additional expenses. The entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.
⚠️ Recommendation
I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel. Based on my experience, it fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, service, and professionalism.

Lage ist sehr gut. Flughafen Transfer ist bei der Anreise dabei.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in einen Innenhof... Man konnt nicht mal sehen, wie das Wetter ist. Außerdem roch es durch die Lüftung extrem nach Zigaretten Rauch.

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt.

Cons:

Staubige Zimmer, altes Badezimmer, unzuverlässige Hauskeeping. Wir müssten immer nach Wasser, saubere Tücher, … fragen.
Swimmingpool mit kaltem Wasser und 2-3 Leute standen da und haben zugeschaut. Also Rezeption der sogenannten Spa war direkt am Pool.
Frühstückst war sehr begrenzt. Halb gefühlte Sachen. Hat ausgesehen wie Reste von vorgestern.
