Everything was great! The only downfall was a few spiders and bugs in bathroom area that had to be killed
staff was nice
it smelled musty and wet there was dampness in the air and sheets dead water bugs on the floor and wet towels under air conditioner
The air conditioning worked fabulous. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. The breakfast was okay. There was no bacon on the breakfast bar I was disappointed about that, and the cereal choices were limited. My youngest was hoping they would have chocolate chip muffins as a choice for breakfast but there were no muffins of any kind.
When we first entered our room there was a mildewy closed up nasty smell. I had to go by air freshener to make it more pleasant, and I had to continuously spray it. I didn't see any bed bugs but my kids said they were itchy. Just to be on the safe side I washed all of our clothing in the hottest water when we returned home. If the breakfast options were upgraded and the smell more pleasant and of course a deep deep clean was done on the beds/bedding I would have enjoyed my stay more.

Pre paid 4 nights. Job ended after 2. They would not refund me the remaining 2 nights that I didn't stay
Clean and accommodating staff.
The difficulty to get to it coming from east or west. The intersection only has one way, which is not the hotel’s ability to correct.
The staff was great. We were directed to stores, especially Walmart to pick up a few items. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice to pick from. There was 24 hour coffee available from the breakfast area. We were definitely pleased with that. Our pets were welcomed and there were no problems. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to other people. Wish we had taken pictures.
There was one door that the key cards would not always work. There were two other doors available to get back in to hotel
The security dead bolt wouldn't work, due to an alignment problem. It was reported and the receptionist put it on a maintenance log to be repaired. The only other small minor problem was the eggs were overcooked.

The staff, especially Phoebe, was sooo friendly!
