A few upgrades and repairs would be nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and facility was pleasant. Suggestion: Coffee bar needs to be upgraded. The coffee was dispensed by a machine which was lukewarm warm half of the time.

Cons:

The plumbing should be replaced. We had a clogged toilet episodes twice and we were given a plunger to unclog it.

A problem free stay
Pros:

Good experience all around with the staff, room and comfort. Will return to this location. The A/C unit was a bit noisy, but I didn't mind. The pool was ok, I am just not a fan of indoor pools. But overall , a very positive experience

Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service
Pros:

We have stayed at this location for the past three days and had a great experience overall. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

As a female traveling with children, I especially appreciate how safe and comfortable I feel staying here, which makes a big difference when choosing a hotel.

I also want to give special recognition to Kaylee for her outstanding customer service. She truly went above and beyond throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering our questions with kindness and professionalism. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a real impact on our experience. Kaylee is a great asset to the company, and her excellent service is one of the reasons we would gladly return to this location. Highly recommend.
