Pros:

Für uns, 1 Nacht vor der Rückreise, ideal. Grosses Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Am besten war jedoch der Pool: erfrischend kühl. Wie machen die das? ;-)

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer waren überall, besonders im Badezimmer, lange schwarze Haare.

En conjunto, el hotel es bueno y está limpio

Cons:

La decoración es un poco anticuada.
El check-in puede ser un poco largo.
Las habitaciones que dan a la calle pueden ser muy ruidosas, sobre todo porque hay una discoteca literalmente enfrente y el aislamiento acústico de las ventanas no es muy bueno

Perfect for a short layover in the city
Pros:

Nice clean and very comfortable business hotel. We got upgraded to the Junior suite which was spacious and nice. The location is quite central for Manado and you can easily get a cab to go anywhere you need to including Mega Mall area. Good value for money

Cons:

The spa on site is not good enough. They could easily add some mood lights, relaxing music and insence and upgrade the space, but now its more of a clinic (clean) but not relexing.

Pros:

Really comfy room/bed and clean. The facilities were good and its a good location to onward travel out if manado

Cons:

We found some of the staff not to be very helpful. Also the pool is right next to an open air conference room so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming with all the men watching
