Fantastic value
Pros:

The best value for money hotel I've ever experienced. The room was great, the views from the very large windows was exceptional, staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good

Its a solid nice hotel. Good for a stopover.

Cons:

Location not great for going out if you like walking... you have to get a cab/grab everywhere.
The pool is a bit average and there was a function on beside the pool so it wasn't comfortable to hang out.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and big room. Certainly one of the best hotels in Manado.

Cons:

Food at night and for breakfast was only average, we had better food elsewhere in Indonesia.

Pros:

I always had good experience with Swiss Bel but this one is quite disappointing.
While the hotel and rooms are modern, the rooms suffered from the stench of cigarette smoke.
It permeates in the rooms even on so called non-smoking floor. I asked to change room and they moved me to a suite but with slightly less noticeable smell.
Location isn't an issue as one needs Grab to go everywhere.
Given this is not a completely non-smoking facility, I would not stay there again.

Pros:

I love the Swiss hotel in Manado and stayed here three times. It is stylish and run with Swiss efficiency. The room is super comfortable. The staff are very attentive. I left a shirt in my room on the second stay and it was returned to me on the next visit.
