Komfortables Hotel in Manado
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in Manado
Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Manado. Im vergleich mit Swiss Bell in Sorong ist es deutlich größer (hier 15 Etagen, dort 4) und wirkt luxuriöser. Ich hatte ein Exekutiv Zimmer, welches sehr groß und komfortabel war. In der 12. Etage, die bodentiefen Fenster bieten einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen. Sehr guter Service und freundliches Personal vervollkommnenden guten Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich den Zimmerservice genutzt habe. Hier war sowohl das amerikanische, als auch das indonesische Frühstück ok.
Die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen ist abhängig von Uhrzeit und Verkehr. Ich war sehr zeitig am Morgen unterwegs, da hat es nur maximal 20 Minuten gedauert. Tagsüber kann es auch 35 Minuten dauern. Trotzdem ist es deutlich besser, als alle anderen Hotels, die näher am Flughafen sind.
Natürlich sah auch in meinem Zimmer nicht jedes Möbelstück so neu, wie aus dem Katalog aus. Es war aber alles super sauber und das Bett war super bequem.
Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Pros:

Feines Hotel etwa 30 min vom Flughafen entfernt mit kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr gute Matrazen, viel Platz in der Dusche und viel warmes Wasser, recht gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat es in der Nacht nur auf 25 Grad geschafft. Beide Kopfkissen waren gleich, und zwar recht hart... ich hätte als zweites lieber ein weicheres gehabt.

Smart City style.
Pros:

Beautiful property in modern international style. Nicely finished in timber trims. Room was a good size with well equipped bathroom. We were able to get room service dinner after our late evening arrival. Breakfast buffet selection was good - and we had the buffet dinner in the restaurant one night as well - good value with a good selection. As per usual in Indonesia difficult to get wine - but beer is always available.

Cons:

The pool was pretty good - but hardly any lounge chairs, and had to go hunting for an attendant to get some pool towels. (I think city hotels always do pools badly… unlike beach / resort hotels)

Clean, friendly and good location
Pros:

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in Manado
Pros:

Big quiet room with comfortable clean beds, good warm shower. The hotel is a bit older but its well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially receptionist Jonathan, who gave us an early check inn. Also dinner was good.
