Great out of the way place, loved it!

WLAN: Very fast, video streaming is no problem.
Location: Outside the city on a hill. The local small airport is nearby, and one of the best viewpoints in the area is only about 200 meters from the hotel entrance.
Service: 10 / 10 (Very friendly and obliging)
Food & Drink: Not tested directly, as there is only a food truck for coffee/breakfast and pizza. However, you get a discount at the restaurant at the nearby small airport—the food there is excellent.
Parking: Right in front of the room. Note: If you stay in a second-floor room, you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs.
Top Feature: Perfect location. At night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the stars; there are also wild animals like rabbits active at night.
Flop Feature: None.

Pro Tip: If you order food via delivery service, you should select your specific room on the map. Due to the size of the property, the reception may be a few hundred meters away, and drivers usually head there by default.
Verdict: Highly recommended, I would book it again anytime. Definitely try the restaurant at the small airport next door.

Pros:

It was lovely.
Pros:

The location is a beautiful location at the highest vantage point in Sedona. The breeze was wonderful and the sunset spectacular. It is near the highest lookout point in Sedona. The property has a garden and a nice pool. The whole area is like a breezy garden, filled with sunshine and fragrant flowers. There is a little food truck that serves fantastic pizza and breakfast that is cooked in the main building and delivered to the food truck. Wines and other beverages are served there too. A nice outdoor eating area is nearby. One around the food truck and one near the main building. The rooms are travel lodge style where you park near your door. Something very cool about that as it reminds me of traveling and staying in these types of hotels as a young kid.

Cons:

The pool didn’t have enough lounge chairs. There are two sections that have second story rooms. There are no elevators.

View was amazing at both sunrise and sunset. The gardens were beautiful. The staff was friendly.

The room was a bit like a “motel”. The bed was so soft it hurt my back.
