Pros:

Utmärkt läge och trevlig bar på gatuplan.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge, lekfull design, bra restaurang / bar. Roligt koncept med badrummet i fasad.

Cons:

Personalen var trevlig men upplevdes som oerfaren och lite oproffsig. De glömde städa vårt rum en dag och vi fick höra på när en medarbetare fick en uppläxning intill vårt bord i loungen.

Pros:

Location is great, rooms are spacious. The windows open which is a great plus.

Cons:

The "lounge top floor" with snacks is disappointing and on the day of my stay there was a system wide failure of the system so none of the room keys worked and you always needed someone from the staff to take you to your room or beep you on the elevator to go to the top floor. If I were the manager I would offer something for the inconvenience.

Chic, cool, comfy and soooo well located!!
Pros:

Second time staying here. I love the location, love the fashion / design theme, love the access to free snacks on the seventh floor and love their bathroom set up with separate shower and toilet areas. I love the style and the 10% discount at camper shoes!!

Cons:

The only low point is the pillows in the room - not the nicest given how nice everything else is!

Overall, a comfortable, well located stay with fantastic amenities and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, just one minute walking distance from the metro station, which made it incredibly easy to get around Berlin. We also loved the amenities on the top floor: a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and restrooms, offering coffee, tea, cookies, pretzels, fresh fruit, water, and flavored waters, plus robes, slippers, a sauna, and a gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a well known restaurant on the ground floor that seems to have a great reputation, although we didn’t get the chance to try it ourselves. The staff was very friendly, both during check in and every time we interacted with them.

Cons:

We had trouble figuring out how to properly control the air conditioning. We managed to turn it off, but couldn’t find a way to make the room warmer, so we felt quite cold. We ended up requesting an extra blanket from the front desk.
