In die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gepflegt- Edelstahlarmaturen völlig verkalkt- Bodenfliesen im Duschbereich mit weißen Ausblühungen der Fugen… Beleuchtubg zu schummrig, man kann kein Fenster öffnen und Klimaanlage funktioniert in der Sommerhitze nur mäßig

Wonderful, staff was great.

The room was very spacious and clean. The 7 floor lounge was a perk.

Cons:

Although it had air conditioning, the 7th floor lounge was not cooled well. The AC in general was good but had a hard time dealing with the heat wave.

Tolles Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Lage war ideal, nah am Hackerschen Hof und schnell am Alexanderplatz. Frühstücksraum mit schöner Aussicht. Tolles Zimmer mit grossem abgetrenntem Vorraum zu WC/Dusche/Lavabo

Cons:

Die Dusche wirkte etwas veraltet, Duschkopf usw. mit Kalkrückständen. Dusche war aber ansonsten gross und hat gut funktioniert.

The best choice in Berlin
Pros:

The hotel was excellent in every respect. It offers a prime location, spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, a quiet atmosphere, and a consistently helpful and attentive staff. The bed was large, extremely comfortable, and truly indulgent, and the room also included a proper, full-sized storage wardrobe.
The property features a top-floor lounge where guests can enjoy self-service refreshments throughout the day, including light snacks, flavored water, coffee, and tea.
Breakfast is pleasant and affordably priced, with a personalized selection from the menu, and is also served in the lounge.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

I asked three different staff members on three separate occasions to send someone to fix the safe in the room. Unfortunately, this was never addressed.
