Rooms amply sized
tub did not drain properly (ankle deep at the end of a shower), TV control was problematic, they tried to fix but it did not take so I found a work around, fridge worked but not as cold as should be expected.
Not much
We didn’t sleep well at all bed was very uncomfortable I told the lady at the front desk and she was t concerned about it I told her I thought Guarntee 100 percent satisfaction we wasn’t satisfied when you can’t rest I would like a call from the Manager or someone from Hampton or email at least
Conveniently located next to a gas station. Breakfast was good.
My first day there my air conditioning didn’t work in my room. With three kids that was a major issue. I had to move rooms which with three very young kids by myself was difficult. I got moved into the second room and the tv didn’t work. I was told there was nothing that could be done about it. The next day I asked about the tv and all they had to do was get a different remote. Also the ice machine wasn’t working. I probably wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.

The property was very clean and had great amenities like a fitness room, snack store, and free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had cookies, tea, and coffee at the lobby every day which was very nice.
Awesome, especially girl at desk her name was Dorene , did everything she could to make our stay exceptional would recommend to friends or family thank you Dorene 😊

Location, Breakfast, all day coffee in the lobby, laundry room and pool didn’t get a chance to swim it was nice one just incase we needed to go swimming
The beds were not comfortable, Stuff was not friendly they were to certain people but us it’s hi an move on and the bathroom drain was not working properly

The water pressure was too low. Takes forever to wash yourself. Needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.
