The breakfast was ok but limited on fruit and meat selections. The room was perfect, on the canal, but the shower had trouble daily turning off. The pastel was excellent
The hotel was very clean & quiet. The staff was friendly and overall everything was great.
Areas for improvement could be the dining experience it took quite a long time to get food & drinks. Other than that it was good. Thank you!
O hotel fica num lugar lindo,os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o quarto muito espaçoso e bonito,o café da manhã é bom,servido na mesa e tem poucas opções ,a comida do restaurante é muito gostosa.
Ponto negativo é cobrarem taxa de serviço e que por sinal, foi surpresa ,deixando a conta bem cara.
Final de semana de descanso e paz. Piscina e sauna excelentes, lugar aconchegante e agradável. Café da manhã bom, apenas precisando o tempo de espera dos pedidos feitos. Atendimento gentil de todos os funcionários.
Wonderful! We loved the property and the area. The staff was great and so helpful. Leila, Flavio and Vanessa were so nice and helpful, others too but they stood out.

A localização num canal que permite o acesso de barcos é fundamental para quem vai conhecer as ilhas de Angra. A embarcação atraca no hotel.
Só achei que os preços das refeições são um pouco exagerado. Uma jarrra de suco por R$ 80,00 está fora do razoável.

Hote lindoooo!!!, funcionários muito atenciosos, educados, cortes e extemamente preocupados em atender bem os hóspedes. Suites confortáveis e muito limpas. E os luxinhos como os sabonetinhos cheirosos, vidrinhos de shampoo, loção hidratante. Enfim.... dias perfeitos!!!!

Fotos não condiz com o local, péssima experiência, roupas de cama péssimas, travesseiros horríveis, sem fronhas, não oferecem fronhas, decoração de péssimo gosto, espaço muito pequeno p café da manhã , porém n recomendaria de forma alguma o hotel.
Hospedagem durante a virada do Ano extremamente agradável e com um ótimo custo beneficio. Vale frisar o cafe da manha muito bom servido na mesa entre 7h30 e 10h30; a área de piscina e acesso ao canal que é muito cômodo para quem tem barco; funcionários muito atenciosos e educados; chuveiro a gás e com ótima pressão, sem falar na proprietária do hotel que é super educada e atenciosa. Apenas uma atenção melhor para os recepcionistas (que não falam inglês) e as toalhas e lençóis que precisam ser trocados (estão muito usados e com textura vencida).
