Uitgebreid ontbijt, grote kamers, fijn zwembad (de handdoeken voor aan het zwembad zijn te verkrijgen maar je moet er zelf achter gaan)

A little isolated from the centre of Palu but by the water. I spent one night in the Villa section and two nights in the hotel section. There was a problem with the cooling unit which was mostly fixed in a short time.
The staff were friendly and competent. Food was good and it was much as I remembered it from a previous stay.
The beds were comfortable.
I had stayed before and I would stay there again.
The villas opposite the main hotel are large spacious and very clean , comfortable beds lots of storage space and good sized bathroom.
The Pizza , bought in the Restaurant. It was undercooked only warm when it came after about 30 minutes and tasteless.
Just a small thing , but it's not hard to produce a well made pizza.
Staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, very clean and comfortable and would stay there again when next in palu.
They really know how to treat a guest istay here every time i come here in the grand suite. Wont stay anywhere else unless they are fully booked.

Stayed at one of the villas, though had booked a room with a sea view. Villas, though spacious, are dark, gloomy, and look out onto a utilitarian inner courtyard, so had to keep curtains closed.

I requested a quiet room . Was placed in one directly above of a pump which was noisy 24/7 , the room was on level with and facing the carpark . Bookings through booking.com seem to given the lowest priority and worst rooms .
