Good location. Clean lobby. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room smelled slightly musty. One lamp in room not working. Overall the room was clean and except for smell, very pleasant

Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean

Cons:

Bathroom door would get stuck and rub the tile floor so you couldn't shut it and one of the rooms they were aware of the TV remote not working and told us to hold it to the corner of the TV to use it. Kept having to reset door keys although I never had it by any magnet or electronic device

Muffig,komische laute Leute auf dem Balkon ( kann aber das Hotel nichts für )

Strange smell in room as soon as we walked in. We sprayed our own air freshener and enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable but too many loose ends. I will not return.
Pros:

1. I did like their waffle maker. Delicious. Also, I loved the big comfortable pillows. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

2. Huge problem with the bathroom. I didn't even take a shower, but there was water all over the floor in the morning.
3. I had to unplug the clock because it kept buzzing with radio static (I tried to turn it off but could not).
4. WIFI was unusually difficult to start up. The guy had to visit my room to personally log in. WTF? For a female traveling alone, that feels intrusive. He was polite but it shouldn't have been necessary.
5. The AC made such an odd sound in the middle of the night, I got up to make sure there wasn't an animal scratching inside. There wasn't. But ...again, weird.

Overall one of the best places we've stayed. Very accommodating folks. Nice breakfast area clean.

Cons:

Can't find anything to dislike.
Better than other we've stayed at in St James Cuba and Rolla. Will return soon.
