It was wonderful!!
Pros:

I totally loved the breakfast, the beds, the text messaging from the staff, and the everything!

Cons:

Just a microwave in the room would have been good, but that was so no big deal.

Great suite to recover from surgery and close to visit Mayo Clinic next day for a checkup.
Pros:

Location, bus to Mayo Clinic, ease in signing up and calling for pickup via Mayo desk.

Cons:

Caulking along tub didn't go with the rest of the ambiance.

Would stay again, but with hopefully better greetings and smiling faces.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast

Cons:

Their front desk girl at night, Sophia or or Sofia, was absolutely rude and disrespectful when trying to check in. The faces and remarks she made to a customer whom drove 12 hours straight thru, I was baffled, exhausted and blown away at how she acted. BEN, I think was the manager and was amazing and very professional when speaking to me over the phone while fixing the situation.
